It’s been a rough week with the passing of my grandmother. I apologize for the bad review I left previously. Life’s too short for such things. Wish I could figure out how to erase it. The owner reached out to me and things could have been resolved smoothly a lot sooner if we had been allowed to speak to her originally. Regardless, hope this doesn’t hinder us from being allowed to have future great dining experiences at Pino’s.
Attempted to place an order 3 times on their janky website and had it kicked back three times. I called to enquire what was going on and was put on hold and the call disconnected or either I got hung up on. My wife calls back and gets the same outcome. She calls back again and asks to speak to a manager and commences to get in an argument about our order over the phone with the young lady who basically tells her off and hangs up on her.
