“this was a longer post than expected, I apologize! but worth the read ♡ So, I've lived in Virginia with the fiance/nurse for over a year now. Delivery places, DON'T deliver this far out of the main town. I just called Papa John's, to see what they'd say tho... I told them the truth. I have lived here a year. That I'd never ordered from them before. That I can't drive, due to being in a wheelchair. I asked if they would make an exception, since they usually don't deliver this far out. He told me there was only one delivery person working today, and that I would have to wait over an hour; since there were 3 deliveries ahead of mine. I let them know I didn't mind at all... and they said they would actually make an exception for me this time! (: I have always said I don't like using my disability as an excuse to get something done. But, when it comes to getting something important, like food; that's different. To be fair tho, I still didn't think that would work. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Hey, at least I didn't LIE; to get what I wanted. I was 100% honest. I didn't catch the name of the man who took my call, but I appreciate you! Thank you Papa John's Pizza“

“I don't usually leave reviews unless they are bad so others don't have to feel my pain. But this was a great experience! I ordered the hot and ready pepperoni and supreme. It was amazing honestly. Fresh, plentiful and delicious and only $21.36. truly a shockingly refreshing experience. Hands down beat poppa johns, pizza hut,and dominos in taste,quality, toppings and most of all...SERVICE!!!! The gentleman at the window was a delight. He was very personable.The lady taking the orders was so nice and you could here it in her voice that she was not bothered by taking your order. I've always had good experiences at the Farmville location but this one stood out. always a great crew there. Hence my enthusiastic run one sentence review! Thank you guys and gals for actual making my day. Sounds goofy but it's true. So corporate, show these people some love!“

“It’s been a rough week with the passing of my grandmother. I apologize for the bad review I left previously. Life’s too short for such things. Wish I could figure out how to erase it. The owner reached out to me and things could have been resolved smoothly a lot sooner if we had been allowed to speak to her originally. Regardless, hope this doesn’t hinder us from being allowed to have future great dining experiences at Pino’s.“
