Extremely slow. 30+ minutes to get a drink, also very understaffed. I feel bad for the employees.

Unfortunately seldom see any posts on upcoming events on social media (nothing for Super Bowl). They have good staff but need to up their communications and get students excited to come.
If I could give 0 I would. Baristas did not greet us, nor did they make the order correctly, never stopping in here again.

Slow delivery with no customer service not a single staff member even acknowledged me waiting 15 min longer than my app estimated for pick up
The know my order, probably because I go there at the same time everyday.
Horrible, horrible. Corporate needs to take this one back!! Slow, non-caring service, dirty dishes on counter. Boo, waste of my time and money!

Excuse me people this is the Starbucks on Longwood campus this is not the Starbucks on Main Street we are located on Longwood campus as a Starbucks Employee for Longwood we are the best Starbucks in Farmville sadly we are not open since the students left you should come see us in the Fall
Went there 20 min before closing time and they were already closed not one employee there and this is the 3rd time this has happened

Manager took my order. He seemed to care more about his schedule and his pre packaged baked goods than even saying a word to me. Literally not one single word! He even pointed to the scanner when I pulled out my card. MAJORLY LAME GUYS! At least my coffee was made properly. Worst Starbucks customer service I've ever had......and I've been to at least two Starbucks in at least 30 states.....and even up to 15 locations in a single state! If I could give you zero stars I would!!!

They are closed when they advertise they are open. Today, there were lines of people only to discover store was closed. Waste of time and drive. When they are open, items are good!
Good service but stays real busy on week days especially during morning to late evening.
