I ordered through door dash and called to adjust the ingredients, my phone had bad service so the phone hung up. When I called back a lady with a accent said I got your order what is it you want! Rudely and unprofessional. I do not want anyone who doesn't have home training fixing my food. Some people just don't get it. Ill take my business elsewhere. Bad customer service you need a class on Etiquette LADY!!!!!

Went into this place for lunch with my boyfriend. This place price gauges and gives you barely anything on your sandwich. I got a foot long tuna sandwich and got about 1 scoop across the entire sandwich. Also got about 8 pickles in the entire sandwich. Before I could say anything the worker who I had to call for to make my sandwich wrapped it up and tried to check me out. They also messed up my boyfriend’s sandwich by giving him the wrong meat and would not listen to him when he tried to get extra toppings on his sandwich. If you want your sandwich to be wrong and be overcharged for barely any food

The owner of his franchise, and the one across town, are crooks. They wanted to argue with my Door Dash delivery driver about an order they "never received" but then miraculously found. Then when she got the food to me, it was missing half of what I ordered and they wanted to argue about that. I'd be a same if they revoked his franchise license because of not fulfilling the minimum requirements as outlined in their contract....

I’m a used to be employee I recommend nobody work there I repeat do not try to get a job at subway you will hate it they treat you horribly and that’s why they have no staff I was fired because I was told I move too slow for her liking but proceeded to tell me I’m a hard worker the boss KP belittles people and makes you feel unintelligent I will never even spend money there ever again

730pm No lettuce no Onions, wait staff. Was apathetic, not friendly had much attitude.The tomatoes were freezerburnt very poor Quality meat and cheese was so thin you could call it shaved.

Usually the subs are pretty good this particular visit this was far the worst sub I've ever got the steak was cold and dry and I didn't realize how sloppy it had been

YOU RISK the possibility of FOOD BORNE ILLNESS and/or ALLERGIC REACTION from MIDTOWN SUBWAY, Farmville, VA.DO NOT ORDER OR EAT FROM MIDTOWN SUBWAY in Farmville, VA.I deliver for DoorDash and went to Midtown Subway to pickup a delivery. I was totally shocked and sickened to see another worker start taking toppings off sub and place said toppings BACK in the container to be placed on other subs! THEN she even picked up toppings from the prep counter and put those back in the container of toppings!!! I was dumbfounded. I looked for ServSafe and ServePro certificates but could not find any displayed. I asked if she knew about cross contamination and she spoke in her 1st language and then said she was unfamiliar with it. I asked again. She then stated yes, allergies. I said yes and germs, commenting on the toppings removed from the counter top and placed back in toppings containers. She stated she was training him and would "be sure he threw in trash next time". I told her "HE did NOT do it" - pointed at her and said "YOU DID IT". She just looked at me. I picked up the sub and delivered it. I did tell the customer what I saw. I am still shocked and now think I should have called the customer and told her right then and asked if she wanted a fresh sandwich made or to cancel the order.NEVER EAT FROM HERE -FOOD POISONINGVERY POSSIBLE!This type behavior is absolutely against health codes. ServSafe and ServPro certificates should be displayed in plain view.PLEASE - DO NOT RISK EATING FROM HERE.Please read past reviews for other unsafe food practices here.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW. I went in to get a foot long sub. As the lady was putting vegetables on my sub, another worker came up and STARTED PLUCKING HER EYELASHES DIRECTLY ABOVE MY SUB THAT SHE WAS MAKING FOR ME. I asked her why she was touching the other employees eyelashes and she said she wasnt. I told her that i just watched her do it. She then told me that they have very hard eyelashes so none of them fell onto my sandwich. She then pleaded with me to stay and pay for my sub. I did not. Absolutely disgusted. I will never step foot back in this subway. If you get a sub from this location, make sure you check it for eyelashes.

This company doesn't worry about making sure there employees get paid on time. The employees was supposed to be paid on Friday and here it is 4 days later and the employees have yet to receive their pay. I would not recommend working for this Subway Franchise in Farmville VA. I am going to call the BBB and anyone else about this. You can not keep working employees without paying them. It is illegal.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Charge extra for cheese on pizza when I got no extra cheese. Also denied coupon when literally 2 days before coupons was accepted. I very much do not like the subways in town very much.
