Great brewery. We rode our bikes over the high bridge and went into town to the brewery for a nice cold beer. Beer is excellent and they are dog friendly!

I was excited to try out this place and I didn’t appreciate being discriminated against by the female bartender with brown curly hair. I had had a long day of plane and car travel and I was looking forward to trying out a beverage, but I was denied service saying that I was already too drunk. I had not had a sip of alcohol that day and I was not causing any problem at the bar - in fact, I thought we had had a pleasant interaction talking about one of the beers on tap. I had been at the bar for 10 minutes before being denied. I don’t know what would cause them to accuse a completely sober person of being drunk. I have a slight lisp which may have accounted for the discrimination saying that I was slurring my speech, but I really cannot say. I hope they treat customers better in the future. The ambiance of the place seemed really lovely and I’m sad I didn’t have a better experience here.

🌤️ We stumbled upon 3 Roads Brewing during a scenic drive through Farmville and couldn’t have asked for a better stop. The town was quaint, the day was beautiful, and the brewery was a gem. We grabbed seats at the bar, caught the start of a football game, and sampled a few beers, including a crisp Kölsch, festive Oktoberfest, tangy sour, and the SPCA 50th anniversary brew. Each one was delicious, and the people were even better. Great conversation, great vibe. We’ll absolutely be back!

We’re from out of town and wish this place sold beer on the west coast. The different dreadnought stouts are our favorites, the chocolate milk, and the smores. Love that this place has board games and a huge jenga set. It’s family friendly because of the games. Has a food cart that comes in the evening, but we haven’t tried it yet. Bartenders are super nice and welcoming. They’ve let us try almost every beer while trying to decide, haha. Will be back!

You have to do better than opening at 3PM on a Friday.

Update with response to owner... Oh I looked at the website. Have you looked out your window? It's crazy busy all afternoon in Farmville but mysteriously don't want to be open.

My wife and I stayed here through Harvest Host last night. Julian and the team could not have been more accommodating and the beers were great. Beautiful night! Adjacent to the High Bridge Trail so extremely convenient for biking it this morning. Great experience!

Beer was good and the hospitality from Susan made it even better. The food vendor they had made a pub burger and omg it was divine! Amazing laid back atmosphere. Thanks for being so kind and warm Susan! Was the best part to our visit!

Welcome to the neighborhood bar where everybody knows your name!

Brews and vibes were both very good. They have a bocce ball court but no bocce balls to rent, which was a little weird. Thankfully we had a set with us so we set up. Easy to find parking nearby. The lobster food truck was a big hit. Friendly people and friendly to pups.

Upon walking to the bar, Kaylee, the beertender, immediately recognized me and remembered that I love sours. I don't frequent the brewery often, so I was amazed at this level of service. She told me that my favorite wasn't on tap but offered me two suggestions. I chose the Solera Barrel Sour and enjoyed every drop.

Wow! The staff Saturday 5/4 in the afternoon was awesome. Thank you for the tastes and beer knowledge. You know your stuff! All the brews were great. They each had a distinct flavor and personality.I recommend a flight (or 2) and get a cup of popcorn.
