Food has made me sick on two occasions. Never had any problems with any other Wendy's.
The dining room floor is constantly sticky and my last three orders were consistently wrong.
I suspect that the oil they use for fries is kept way longer than it should be. Normally. Wendy's fries are fairly decent but not here.

Don't expect fast food here... especially if you order chicken nuggets... I've been here 5 times within the last 2 months... everytime I've had to wait in drive thru line... 5-10 mins... ridiculous.

I usually go in or use the drive through and it’s always something. tonight I needed to use Door Dash to get my daughter something quick after cheer practice. It’s always to much personal conversation, bad language, the worker don’t show a care for the job or the customers. It’s just a paycheck for them. I door dash because i have car issues and the driver was waiting about 30 minutes for a baked potato. which he was bothered to because that’s making him loss a customer or 2. I had none of my condiments I asked for and payed for. My daughter got a special cheese burger and that had ketchup and all she said not to put on it. What happened to fast food caring about the performance of keeping food fresh, hot and right for the paying customers. You don’t like when we cause a seen in the store but this pisses me off. So you’ll in Farmville need to get it right. Its been a problem to long!!! I don’t get compensated for a meal we don’t want, I have no way of getting them to make it right, I had to spend more money to order something else to be delivered. My Money and Time matters!!

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would after the experience we had last night. They were not busy for a Friday night, and I went through the drive through to pick up 2 meals. It took a few minutes to get from the speaker where I ordered but then, when I got to the 1st window and paid, it took over TWENTY MINUTES of sitting behind ONE car for them to get their food. I watched plenty of employees walking around in the back so it did not appear that there was a lack of employees, just a lack of communication and any thought to getting orders to the customers in a reasonable time. Then there was another TEN+ MINUTES waiting at the pick up window. They had no ice for the drinks and that should have been said when the order was placed so that we could have decided if we wanted the drinks. I prefer ice so I may have not gotten a combo had I known. But then NO APOLOGY or explanation of any kind for the insanely LONG wait time!!! This was unacceptable and since there are plenty of other Fast Food establishments in the area, I don't have to go back. If this is a normal way of treating customers, this place won't be open much longer. The only positive is that the employee was polite when taking the order. But that in no way makes up for the 45 minutes it took to stop there with only a few cars in line.

I never go to Wendy's but had a taste for a frosty. Menu board says 3.29 for a medium. Worker says 4.14, please drive up. Farmville has insane tax but I was like No way. I questioned price and she said it's ringing up 3.69. I said that's for a large right? I got medium. She said no medium and tried to show me her computer which I couldn't see at all. When I explained the menu board said 3.29, all that was offered was she would tell her manager. I shouldve left it there because it wasn't worth it! This is the kind of stuff that turns me into a shitty person!

This Wendy's has gone downhill fast. The food is terrible the employees always look like you are bothering them when you come in.
Went in for the SpongeBob Meal for me and my wife and I got a bad attitude a cold dry burger cold fries and the drink machine didn't work. Oh and they didn't have change for a twenty dollar bill.
Farmville Wendy's should just close and get it over with.

Bad service and employees with attitude s but second time we went ok service. Food wasn't great either visit we got the Krabby pattie meal and single combo

My fries were not hot, a little warm at most. The door was locked,so the use of the restroom was out of question. This a few minutes to 9 PM. Also,they were sold out of wraps.

Wendy's employees got a real attitude. They advertised nuggets tossed in sauce but when I got my order they handed me the the sauce on the side and when I asked about it they threw a container at me so I could do their job. Then they were going to keep half of my order! When I asked about it there was no apology or anything. She rolled her eyes at me, like it was my fault she had to move, set her drink down, then went to get the rest of my order. Disgusting behavior from lazy employees! I'll go to appomattox next time I want Wendy's.
