Got chicken tenders last night. Service was great. Food was not
Hell you charge outrageous prices and then never and I mean never give out out damn napkin to wipe the grease off your hands guess you just figure everyone wipes thier damn hands on thier pants. The only time I go here is if I'm starving and that's not often I would ride all the way to Rocky Mount Bojangles first. 20 minutes out of the way but you get a chicken biscuit for 5 dollars that fills you up and you get napkins to wipe your hands on. Thank you for reading my book.
As expected

Stopped here to try their breakfast sandwich. The food was good. The place was packed. The thing that stood out the most to me was the way these employees handled the rush. They were on top of things and seemed to work well together. I watched as order after order went out the door and the employees still stayed cheerful.

I got burger meal deal and hubby got the chicken and fries. Food was good. Booths needed a little attention (crumbs from prior customers on table) but basically okay experience.

I went here to avoid cooking since I'm ill. I ordered 8 cheeseburgers with two plain cheeseburgers as part of the mix&match deal. The six regular cheeseburgers were cold, the cheese wasn't even melted and I had to microwave them. The two plain cheeseburgers were barely warm but missing cheese. would NOT recommend this DQ. The point of fast food is to not have to cook or microwave, or buy more cheese elsewhere for a cheeseburger.

I had one of the worst drive-thru experiences here. I arrived at 10:40 AM and waited behind one car. By the time I reached the speaker, it was 10:56. I waited several more minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Finally, at 11:01, someone came on and asked for my order. I asked for two sausage gravy biscuits—only to be told that breakfast had just ended and they were out of biscuits.
How does a place known for biscuit-based menu items run out of biscuits right at the cut-off time? It felt like a complete lack of urgency or care. If service had been even slightly more efficient, I could’ve ordered in time.
This isn't my first frustrating experience here. I’ve come in the past for ice cream cones—usually the large size—but for $6, I’ve consistently been handed small, uneven, and poorly made cones. It’s disappointing to pay premium prices for subpar quality, especially when the staff doesn’t seem trained to make them properly.
Definitely not the kind of service or consistency you’d hope for from a fast-food spot.

The reason I only gave four stars is because the items on the menu have become extremely expensive.
