This Wendy's has always been slow. But today was something else to start with their receipt printers were not functioning. We ordered our food and after the order was placed we heard someone in the kitchen say do not take any more orders until I get this mess straightened out. There were people standing in line after me who left. They are out of salt at the condiment table I went up and asked for some and they said they couldn't find it. I normally drink unsweet tea...
Food was good but they have made burgers smaller and charge a dollar more for it hoping people wouldn't notice . I use to work at Wendy's and know how it works. Ask for hot fries didn't mind the wait of two minutes.
This place can be a hit or miss in service, but the food and orders have always been great. The restaurant itself is clean and I have never seen the trash overflowing. So let me address the service; most of the time it's great, but every now and then it can be sloooow. But if you are willing to have patients, it's worth the wait. I give the staff 5 stars for doing their best and serving hot, fresh food.
