The service was excellent, the young woman who helped me was extremely kind and knowledgeable. My husband had the ribs, which he LOVED. I had the brisket wrap, which was excellent, as were the sweet potato fries. Highly recommend both the Floyd Firewater and Red Moon Rising sauces. The slaw needed a bit more acid and salt, but we will definitely be making a stop here again the next time we’re in town!!
The owner was amazingly pleasant. I wasn't sure I was ready to eat dinner yet. He didn't pressure me. We talked about how I appreciated that he had extra meat priced out. We visited on a Friday night in early November 2024. There was a group before us when we arrived a group that were there about the same time we were and another that arrived as we were leaving. This was a one person show taking the orders and preparing all the food. She was absolutely amazing working with our indecisiveness in what to order. It was more like a food truck.
