We haven't eaten here since they first opened, as the food at that time was horrible and tasted like chemicals. We were unknowingly served pizza from here this weekend and it was absolutely fantastic. When we asked where the pizza was from and were told Casey's, we couldn't believe it! What a complete turn around! We even stopped in the next night and got a couple of pizzas to go. Flavor of the fresh pizza and leftover was consistent to what we were served. We WILL be back. To the owner: Great job at the turn around and improvments. You have gained another customer!

Went here and it was super gross. Here is what we experienced: 1. The food was abnormally greasy. I've never had pizza crust so greasy in my LIFE! Not to mention, the pizza we got had cheese that was burnt and black! Talk about a shock. 2. The place was nasty! Caked up dirt on the window seals, food and crumbs under drink machines, tables left uncleaned for nearly 30 mins with NO rush there or customers to wait on, the bathrooms were GROSS and had NO baby changing table in the restrooms (I know VA Law does not require this but 99% of restaurants who want families to eat there have them!). 3. Our plates had hardened food spots on them. We scraped it off but this was gross too.
If this place can actually take pride in the appearance of its location, and clean It we would likely come back. Theres no reason for Gossip in the back on downtime when you have nasty tables, floors, bathrooms, etc. If you have time to lean, you have time to clean.
We likely wont be back, as I couldnt imagine the condition of the stuff in the kitchen. Please do better! The pizza has so much potential. I am hoping that this was a one off.

Cool small town vibe. Pizza is good, but not great. (Hey, im a pizza snob). The staff were great. Helpful and friendly. My main gripe is the crust. It is just okay. The cheese, sauce, and toppings are great but like others the crust is what ties it together. The boneless wings were so-so to my partner in slice. The place was clean. Would be a bit cramped at full service but all and all I have had much worse and really it's not bad. Its a cool little spot with some good pizza options and friendly staff. If your around the area, check em out!

Awesome food. Great service. Tastes so fresh. Nothing comparable. Had the individual everything thick crust pizza and BLT pizza. Sub, bread sticks and marinara sauce. Will be back 😁

We have owned a cabin in Floyd for 15 years. When drive in for a long weekend visit we typically eat what ever we have in the freezer. Tonight we ordered from Casey’s…..we are native Chicago folks and Italian…..we were so thrilled with our first experience with Casey’s. Ordering on our phone was easy, great prices, easy drive through window (we were 10 minutes early and she pulled it out of a warming oven) and the best was the taste. Wow….we were so pleased and yes, surprised. We now have a new drive into Floyd ritual. Pizza from Casey’s!

Went here on my honeymoon and it was great!!
Pretty good service, my husband got pizza and I got wings. A little pricey but very good. He rated the pizza 8/10, and my wings were AMAZING. Some of the best wings I've ever had. The cheese sticks were a little under done but still pretty good.
We picked up a pizza and it was done right on time. The Italian crust is perfect, not too thin and not too thick. PLENTY of toppings, too! We wished we had gotten a smaller one because with all the toppings it was so filling. Bread sticks were good, and the cheese on top was broiled to a perfect golden brown. Friendly staff! Will definitely go back!

My boneless chicken wings breading was undercooked, dining area is cramped. All the fountain drinks were kinda flat with too much syrup. Our food was sitting ready for several minutes while the girls were in the back trying to connect a Bluetooth speaker. Once they got it connected they didn't turn the front of house music off, so there was just two different kinds of music blaring over top of each other. Worst meal I had all weekend in Floyd.

Ordered, and paid for, self-serve fountain drinks but everything was flat and the kids running the place didn't really seem to care when I let them know, and offered no alternative. One came out and put ice in the machine but that's all. I finally went back to counter and asked if they had anything to drink and she pointed at a tea dispenser behind the counter and said "help yourself." Pizza ingredients were fine, but pizza was only warm, maybe a little above room temp. I wonder if they have pre-baked crusts and just warm them up with ingredients. This one was a puzzle. When we got ready to leave, I had to sneak behind the counter to get a box to put the pizza in to take with us because no one was in site. No one checked on us, asked how things were, how the pizza was, nothing. Sorry, don't like writing bad reviews, but thought people need to read this, especially the owner who left three kids in charge who were, apparently, really in over their heads.
