Ordered a Superstar to go. Was half cold and seemed very dry. Seemed overcooked also.Needed more sauce. Sometimes what you order is slathered in mayo and other times doesn't have enough to notice. It's hit or miss with them. Do really like their breakfast.
I went through the drive through this morning.To get a breakfast sandwich. Haven't done that in a long time, it was very hungry. I waited like 15 minutes at then. Whenm Then when I got my sandwich, there was Harley. Anything on it And someone had spilt something all over it, it was soggy.And the little round hash Browns were so hard. I could have broke a tooth on her. I was so disgusted, never been so upset with. A restaurant.

Some of rudest drive thru employees. I wouldn't say all employees, however, there have been several occasions where the ladies at the morning drive thru are very rude and hateful in the manner they speak to patrons.I don't normally like to give a low review but again this has happened several times with the same individuals.

Avoid at all costs. I placed a delivery order through the app, and after an hour and a half with still no delivery and no contact whatsoever, I called the store AS MY RECIEPT SAID TO DO and had the extreme misfortune of speaking to Kevin, who said he was a manager. I can't overstate his extreme rudeness and absolute lack of any semblance of customer service. This manager refused to help me AT ALL with my $50 order and essentially kept telling me that my missing money AND food were not his problem. With management like this, it's no wonder this place is being run into the ground. Believe all the 1 star reviews. They are well earned.

As an out of towner, I was skeptical to come here after reading all the negative reviews. However I had a good experience; people were friendly and my burger/fries were hot and fresh. Only complaint is that the wait to get my order was a little long compared to the expected fast food wait times, but I wouldn't consider it enough to lower the overall rating.

Got our food and it was cold. Had ordered two sausage and egg biscuits but no eggs were to be seen. Lady at the intercom could've been a whole lot nicer too. Didn't bother going back since it would've been a waste of time and from the other reviews I've seen on here, it's one of the WORST Hardee's around. Anybody who gives it 5 stars must work at this establishment because it's not even worth 1 star.

The ABSOLUTE WORST fast food place within 50-75 miles. Every time I go through the drive-thru, there's this rude fat black lady who has never been trained how to speak to people or even respectfully take an order without huffing an puffing about something you said or ordered, she's the epitome of a disrespectful employee who hates her job and needs to be dismissed, these altercations happen at least once or twice a week and it's about time she gets either put in her place or fired. Also regardless of the cashier the food here is more often than not subpar at the very best. Floyd needs a McDonald's to shut this dump down for good.

We have waited in line at the drive thru for over 30 minutes this morning. Apparently they had to make biscuits. My daughter was going to be late for school so we decided to just leave and asked for a refund. I was told to come back for a refund because they couldn’t do it right then. Then it took them about five extra minutes just to figure out what my order was to provide me with a receipt to come back to get the refund. It was a horrible experience and I won’t be returning to this location again. Whoever was in charge needs a lesson in how to manage and run a restaurant.

Worst fast food joint. I can never actually get what i order. Its either made wrong or wrong item all together. They only serve breakfast until noon IF they have breakfast items still. (usually don't). And they never change the oil in the fryer. Anything fried usually results in severe stomach cramps. Eat at your own risk.
Bathrooms are absolutely filthy. Should be a health code violation. While waiting I had a chance to look around... Granted there was a small rush of people, everything was dirty with build up, crumbs, syrup etc with dust on top. Food wasn't the best - like it had been sitting there for HOURs.

Katina is great.I wonder how the place runs when she's off. I went yesterday and it was awful..today I went to give it another chance. Katina was gracious. Listened to my concerns and apologized for the service yesterday.she's the best. Good manager.
