Loved stopping in and grabbing a bite for lunch after driving the blue ridge parkway. Had some excellent tacos.
Vegetarian options: Mostly vegetarian options on the menu but my fiance and I got the chicken tacos they were great.

Live music was awesome. Unique atmosphere. I got a smoothie that was really good, but the Papusa wasn’t the greatest. It kind of tasted like chemicals.
A great little food stop in the area. The quirky designs were such a treat and the seating pretty good, though as it was getting busy it was a little harder to find seats. The food was excellent and decently priced and the service was very friendly.

Cool outdoor kitchy setup, rude/indifferent staff. Waited inside yurt for 5 minutes or so for someone to come staff the smoothie counter, eventually two ladies came in the back door talking and ignoring us, finally she said to go order outside at the other restaurant. Fine, whatever. We go to that register, and another indifferent person asks what we want, I ask for a smoothie menu and she said they had ONE menu and someone sitting down was looking at it, or I could go back in the yurt and look. No thanks, this is too much work already. It might be good here, but the staff is shockingly rude, neither said "hi" or "welcome" or literally anything that would describe a place that wanted your business. Walked two minutes down the street and there are multiple other options with great staff.

We stopped to eat at Bootleg BBQ who shares a space with this establishment. Not even 5 minutes into us fixing to order a very rude women working from outer space came up to us about our puppy barking at another dog and said we need to leave. She was an older lady with salt and pepper hair. We were obviously trying to stop him from barking. The owners of the other dogs were very nice as well. we had just got there and ordered. Needless to say we canceled our order got a huge apology from bootleg BBQ who even said we didn’t have to go since it was a shared space. I did not get rude back with her was no point. But if you have puppies or younger dogs I wouldn’t recommend taking them to this establishment that is supposedly dog friendly
We had a great lunch! The whole family was happy with the choices between Cafe Galactica and Bootleg BBQ. We loved our smoothies, harvest bowl, brisket and pickle fries. Great food, great vibes ✨

It would be nice if the restaurant would post their severely cut hours online. We drove 40 minutes to eat there to find out they are closing at 3 pm instead of 9 pm. And they were not nice about it Don't think I will be dining there again
