Stopped in for dinner while touring Floyd. Ordered our food and were told about 30 minutes. After waiting 45-50 minutes and watching several people who came on after we did get their food, I asked for a status on our order. She was very rude in her response and attitude, came back twice more to ask what we ordered. She discovered that another table got our order and had already eaten all of it and went to that table apologizing for about 5 minutes to them and comped their meal....
We parked near here and toured Floyd before deciding to return for lunch. So glad we did. We would usually do a split for lunch, and the portions are plenty to do a split, but the menu was just too interesting. So she had Grown-up Grilled Cheese, and I had the Breakfast Burrito with sweet potato mash and spinach. They were both wonderful, and too big for one person to finish. Very reasonable price for what we had. Menu variety made hard choices. Atmosphere is crazy, like a picnic...
Great restaurant! Great food, especially if you have any dietary restrictions. They’re very accommodating. Restaurant has great outdoor seating that has beachy vibes. Very nice folks!
