It just doesn’t taste as good as the one in Riner I’m used to eating at… and it’s not just this one time. Every time I eat here it makes my stomach hurt.

Subway is a go-to place for my son and I. It's the one place that he eats raw vegetables without issue. They are always clean. The employees are friendly and quick with food prep. Love me some Subway!

the food was made incorrectly, i asked for it toasted and it was COLD. an employee i think named deanna helped me, but she was super rude, denied my refund, seemed unmotivated, and complained like i was the problem. i also saw a DEAD COCKROACH in the corner next to the door, the tables were not cleaned, soda was everywhere, it looked like a toddler had made a huge mess.

The last two times I have ordered food online, I got home to find the order was wrong. I really like the personal pizza. A few weeks ago there were toppings that I hadn't ordered. Yesterday I ordered a pizza with peperoni, olives, green peppers, and onions. All it had was cheese and pepperoni. It actually was good, BUT NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I suppose I should have opened the box before I left the restaurant. The only way to make sure you get what you want is to order in the restaurant and WATCH everything they do. And I actually included a 15% tip!

Worst sandwich I've ever had at Subway. Ordered a #7 Mexicali. For some inexplicable reason the "sandwich artist" made it using sweet onion teriyaki chicken instead of the rotisserie chicken, and plain white cheese instead of pepper jack. The silver hood was up over the meats so I could not see what she was putting on my sandwich. Never again ordering at subway if I can't see what's being made for me.

The workers sounded like they where the most depressed beings on the planet there was no enthusiasm they sounded absolutely drained of all happiness I had also asked if there was any deals today being Saturday some of have deals I hope I won’t come to find out there was a 3 for 20 deal and they where just to lazy to check also u don’t prep ur chicken teriyaki u just spray sauce on top? Not weigh it out an put it in trays? Kinda shoddy but hey they are kids they probably don’t care a whole lot anyways and it does show

Great subway. Family run. Super fresh and super friendly.I have not been to Subway in years because the few that were close to where we used to live were too erratic and not usually fresh.This subway in Floyd VA is not that. It reminds me of when I first went to Subway. It was fantastic!Would recommend their Phillies.

I was pleasantly surprised, very clean, good service and my sandwich was great! Also the cookies are amazing. They have won me over.

Was very messy and dirty, the veggies were very old, soggy, smushed looking. One girl was attempting to de thaw meatballs that looked either frozen solid or moldy. Sauces were smeared all over the counter. Were out of chicken teriyaki so they loaded the sweet onion sauce on the sandwich, just tasted like straight sauce nothing else. Service was scattered and seemed not all the way there. Very disappointing!
