We were told about this place by some friends in our neighborhood. So we decided a few Sundays ago to drive up to the Blue Ridge Parkway. I will tell you though because it is located off of the Blue Ridge Parkway you will not find any signs along the park where that is prohibited. Just trust Google and your GPS and it will take you down this gravel road and you'll start seeing little signs and then all the sudden you see the big beautiful sign for this Winery. This is truly a little hidden gem hidden off of the Blue ridge Parkway. It's a very beautiful spot and it is quite reminiscent of some of the wineries and villas that we visited on. Our previous trips to Italy. Host inside were extremely friendly and very warm and welcoming. We also loved the food while we were there. We both got paninis and they were just fantastic along with the glass over there. Delicious wine. This place even has a Bocce ball pit. And we were told that there is the ruins of a previous building there that they have turned into and entertainment location to complete with a small stage at one end and during nice weather tickly I guess during the summer and early fall they have musical.
Probably I guess on the weekends. So that would be a fun little trip to go back up for us and stay somewhere close off of the parkway and go enjoy one of the fresh wood fire oven pizzas that they also make on property and listen to some good local music. If you're ever near this place on the Parkway, it's well worth a stop.

This is a hidden gem just off the Blue Ridge Parkway. The wine, the food and the service were outstanding. I tasted some wines, then sat outside with a panini and a glass of wine. It was an enjoyable place to stop.

Great wine, wonderful ambiance, very friendly owners. I felt like I was in northern Italy. Love Abbie the dog!

Fabulous winery focusing on Italian inspired wines. I highly recommend doing the wine tasting. Kit was very personable and it was interesting learning about the different techniques and inspirations behind the wines.

We particularly enjoyed their prosecco-style white and Aglianico red. Afterwards we relaxed with a glass and ordered some of their desserts, which hit the spot.

One of our favorite places to visit along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Today we enjoyed a bottle of their Cab Franc and a charcuterie plate, along with some gorgeous pre-fall weather. Tim & Julie (and of course Hayward) are wonderful hosts. A recommended stop!!

What a great place! We're visiting from LA and wanted to try out a Virginia winery while we're here, and we came to the right place! It was just like visiting a great winery in Paso Robles or Napa, but with lots more beautiful green scenery on hand. The wines are fantastic, and the service is warm and welcoming. Thank you Hayward! My family had the best time!

Couldn't ask for a lovelier location. We had the wood fired pizza, and it was very good. Did the wine tasting and found three or four to take home with us. Bonus: it's dog friendly! Can't wait to return.

Lovely winery! They offer dry Italian style wines in a charming setting. We did the tasting and ordered a bottle to have with a charcuterie board and a delicious panini. The place is dog and family friendly. We will definitely be back.

Excellent wines.... excellent hosts...
Tim and his partner are gracious and passionate about their wines. All selections in their wine tasting are worth the trip! Italian wines are generally underrated and great values when compared to comparables from Chili, California and France.....
The 2020 "Buffalo" Cab Franc is an exceptional wine! ....Future renditions of this limited production are worth waiting for! A value at any price!
I'm going back to try their wood fired pizza with one of their select wines!

Wasn't impressed! Owners were not friendly towards new people coming there. If you were not an ongoing customer they didn't have time for you! Wines were not for me either! Definitely won't be back! Very snobby and stand offish.

Did not see vines of grapes growing.
