I used to live in India and I can say with confidence that this is the most authentic Indian food that I've found in the US. They focus on just a few main dishes but they do them so well - it tastes like the absolute best home-cooked food in India. Halfway through the meal my husband pointed out that I was eating Indian style with my hands, I said I couldn't help it, it's intinct with eating the food.
