I like the new expansion. It has made a huge difference to the whole vibe of the place. Music bingo on Thursday nights is definitely a hit. Glad to see something in that section of town that can pull a crowd!!!

Everytime I have visited they have been incredibly welcoming and friendly. I love sours and dark/red ales. I've never been let down by the current drafts or the flavor 😊 Most recently I accidentally came in during happy hour and after spinning the wheel received 20% off my current purchase.

When I first moved to Lynchburg I made it a mission to find the best beer in town. Family owned and operated Apocalypse Ale Works was easily the best, beating out the other brewery franchises in the area! A place for the true beer lover
Such a fun place to have a drink and hang out. The food is pretty bad and not worth getting. It was way more fun when you could bring your own. 5 stars for the beer and atmosphere, 1 for the food.

It has been awhile since I’ve been to Apocalypse. It’s now even better. Wesley was very attentive and hospitable. The blueberry seltzer, lustful maiden, and holy pucker-key lime were delicious. The new onsite grill, bunker 42, offers tasty bar food. The smash burger and chili cheese fries were on point. Overall a 5 star experience.
