Absolutely trash not only did we have to wait as the manager or cashier walked by looking at us after taking the person infront of us order..they had no pepper ,no barbecue sauce..missed items on both of our orders..it wasn't a terrible terrible experience but it was bad enough as id rather just not eat and drive right by and go somewhere else...

I think half of all times I have been here, something on my order has been incorrect. After opening my incorrect food, my wife tells me the whole drive thru experience was bad. She says the cashier said no words and offered no receipt. She took note of a pile of receipts from other customers as well... where is the manager? They need to be checking orders and stations during a 6:30 dinner rush. After reading other reviews, I might apply to be manager myself. Shameful to have these reviews and continually disappoint me and the community!

Placed an order through the app. Pulled up to the drive through after placing order 5 minutes prior. Drive through was full to the order menu. It literally took 30 minutes before I had my order and drove off. 5PM in a Saturday. The service is complete garbage. They also had the lobby locked. The past few times I’ve went it has been horrible service. They need to wipe the hole store out including the manager and start over or just close the doors and let an establishment build here that knows what they are doing

This is the best BK in Lynchburg. I’ve said this for years, and it still rings true! While it’s not often I’m on the side of town, I passed through after work because it’s been awhile! Whoever the man is with the dreads—an angel!!!!!! He was reading my mind the whole visit. When I asked for zesty sauce, he said he already got it in the bag. He even asked if I wanted a crown. I’m a 33 year old adult, of course I want a crown!!!!! That small gesture made my entire day. Thank you kindly! I really wish I got your name!
Now the food??? Amazing as well. My lil jr whopper thing with the onion straw tgibgs was on POINT!!!!! Lowkey wish I got a reg instead of a jr lol. I’ll be stopping by a little more now, I promise!!

Keith was very helpful rectified an issue right away, very nice and food was fast and ready short wait as well haven't been to burger king in 3 years because bad experiences were inevitable, very good experience. Jeremiah was also had great customer service experience with him as well! Thanks for being great at what you do! Greatly appreciated.

They always mess up my order ,tried 3 times ordering the same thing a double cheeseburger with only ketchup and pickle and always get a small burger with only mustard

I haven’t eaten at a BK in about year or so. I’m pregnant and decided I’d spoil myself with fast food. I felt this visit was a waste of bad calories, time, and money. Here’s why:
The drive-thru line was slowly moving, but I accepted this as them taking their time to make orders. When I finally made my order, I told the lady I wanted a whooper with lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, ketchup, and mayo. No onions. I ended up having to repeat myself, so I did. I went to the first window, the cashier was super nice. Got my receipt (see picture), you’ll notice that she got most of my order correct (didn’t even have pickles or mayo on the receipt) . I decided it wasn’t worth correcting over a couple things, plus, it still would have been good enough. I ate the fries on the way home, which were awesome (crisp, hot). All seemed so promising. When I get home, I open it up, and found that my burger was FAR from correct (see picture). Only cheese, mayo and pickles…. Which is ridiculous considering they didn’t even put mayo or pickles on the receipt and yet those are what I get. I was so disappointed.
I wouldn’t have eaten it if I hadn’t paid for it. I never leave reviews (or fill out surveys.. yeah.. I filled one out) for fast-food, but this mistake was too lazy, disappointing, and a waste. It’s not hard to follow directions on a receipt. I’m never going to this location again.

Yesterday, 5/14/2025, I was really disappointed by the overall service. I was not greated when I came to the counter. In fact, it was like I wasn't even there. No one at the register, there was one guy who was preparing drive thru orders, he finally on his way to take an order to a drive thru customer said he would be back. He came back and didn't wait on me right away, he continued to wait on drive thru customers. There were several young ladies working but never came to take my order. Finally, the guy took my order. I wanted to eat inside. So a little while past, and I got my food in a bag. A young lady called out to me and said your food is ready sir. I got it and my drink and sat down to eat. Everything was going okay, but an argument by one of the cooks and a young lady started and they were in a heated debate over something that pissed off the cook. He started to raise his voice toward her and it was getting really heated inside the restaurant. The audible level increased tremendously after only a few minutes and the cook came out from where he was cooking and walked over toward the young lady and got up in her face and she was giving him the business back. It got so loud that the drive thru customers would have heard it outside. It continued on until, they moved back toward the back of the kitchen and the volume went down some, but they were still into it. I feared that the cook was going to physically harm the young lady so I called 911 Bedford and reported the incident. I am so disappointed in the experience I had and I feel that management should address this issue seriously. It made me nervous and ruined my experience. If something is not done about this, I will be contacting the corporate office of Burger King!
Food is good when they actually get your order correct.
