Yesterday, 5/14/2025, I was really disappointed by the overall service. I was not greated when I came to the counter. In fact, it was like I wasn't even there. No one at the register, there was one guy who was preparing drive thru orders, he finally on his way to take an order to a drive thru customer said he would be back. He came back and didn't wait on me right away, he continued to wait on drive thru customers. There were several young ladies working but never came...
I placed an order with my phone this evening around 6:30pm. The young woman serving me made a picture perfect soft serve cone and her personality was so uplifting and refreshing. She was working on a snow day. I would never expect such a shining cheerful attitude on an icy, dreary evening like tonight. Our food was piping hot and made exceptionally well. I don't think I have ever had such an outstanding fast food experience.
Every time I visit this particular Burger King, the employees make errors. Yesterday I ordered chicken with ranch dressing for my granddaughter. The ranch dressing was either invisible or didn't make it to the bag. I am not sure why these errors are being made. Perhaps the employees are busy socializing with one another, not familiar with their menu, or just don't care. I have decided I will no longer stop in at that location.
