Had breakfast with a friend...my scrambled eggs with cheese was prepared as I ordered....my side order of bacon was cooked crispy just the way I enjoy it...our waitress was a person I use to work with and had not seen in years..was fun catching up with her....

Sooo good. Homestyle food, great service, reasonable prices. You know how you get tired of drive-thru, greasy meals, etc and just want a hot, square meal? This is the place to go for that.

We had the breakfast buffet and it was less than good. Scrambled eggs(lukewarm), bacon, sausage, very greasy biscuits and gravy that just barely made it into the"okay" category. The whole thing was very bland and definitely not worth the money. I would have given 2 stars but I didn't because I didn't order from the menu which, like many other places, might be a better option and also because the waitress was extremely nice. However, if the food from the menu is anything like the buffet I would definitely not return.

I hate to change my rating from 2 years ago. But the last few months my family and I have chosen to go other places because 1 waitress who is horrible. She is rude and has messed up our orders almost everytime. I hope that she moves on so we can start going again to Carol's place. We miss the great friendly service we had for years.
It could use a good cleaning, especially in the window seals.

Affordable, delicious food. Very pleasant personnel. They sell LOCAL honey here, so I consider that a positive. Portion size of the chicken salad was underwhelming but what little I got was DELICIOUS!!
