I got a half sized Mediterranean bowl, I should’ve taken a picture of the side of the bowl because it had DEPTH they stuffed this bowl anddd the food was so good and had so much flavor. I got chicken, lettuce, a falafel, feta cheese, and spicy mayo sauce. Workers were sweet and the atmosphere was nice.

I don’t know what happened today. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Lynchburg. I was very disappointed. The Schwarma gyro meat was chopped into small bits of greasy mush. I was excited to eat my lunch from one of my favorite places. I will be throwing this away. Not asking for a refund just please don’t do that.

Fav casual dining spot in Lynchburg!! Great customer service! I would for sure recommend the hawashi or shawarma!!! The mint lemonade is also sooooo good!
I have never had bad food at this place, its not possible! The food is amazing but the owner, Samir, is the best part! Extremely kind and an amazing cook. Will 1000% come back. probably next week. PLEASE order the chips and hummus it will change your life.

I swear on my life this is one of the best food spots in forest va, anyone passing through I cannot stress to you enough how much you need to try this. The food is so flavorful and crafted (yes, crafted because it’s an art) to perfection. Samir is one of the sweetest people ever and remembers me and my friends orders only after us coming 2-3 times. Truly one of the kindest and most attentive people ever.
The food was amazing! Honestly I went because of the honest replies from the owner and the fact that they stood up for themself and it was well worth it. The place is clean and the food was flavorful. They are very generous with their hummus portions and their pita chips were perfect, soft in the middle but crunchy on the outside. Definitely recommend to go!

DT Cairo is uniquely different than any other restaurant we’ve been in Lynchburg. It’s Egyptian and so so delicious. The portions are generous and the food is fresh and always delicious. It’s a casual atmosphere and the staff are attentive. We love this place and it never disappoints.
