East Express is a great place to enjoy well-cooked Chinese and Japanese cuisine. The owners and staff are extremely friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The portion sizes are well worth the price, and the food is some of the best in Lynchburg. This is my friends’ and my go-to spot whenever we’re hungry.
Food was good- my favorite lo mein I’ve had in Lynchburg. Maybe a little plain- but the most flavorful i’ve had in this area. The portions were also big.
The only reason we gave 4 stars is the boba. The tapioca pearls were too hard and added a cinnamon-y/floral flavor to the tea that I did not like.

This was my 1st time eating chinese food. The place was very clean. The staff was super sweet and so helpful, and my goodness the food was delicious! Did not disappoint. New customer for life
