Gives off Sub Shop vibe as soon as you walk in and has many tables for dining in. They also have a pick up window on the side for pick up orders which is fantastic.

Went in for subs Saturday around 6:00 pm. Person behind register was clearly not happy to be there. We ordered and received our food. The young girldid a great job with our subs but I was not thrilled that her boyfriend was hanging over the counter directly in front while she was working. Didn’t notice this before we ordered and got our food or probably would have left.

It is a real treat for me when I'm able to visit Firehouse Subs. I like the I like the Sorensen Fire sauce, the Italian sub, the Hook and Ladders, and the Cherry Limeade (several options from zero sugar, lite, to regular sugar).

Pricey but good

I worked there and was happy I left when I did. They cleaned EVERYTHING with one rag. This includes toilet, sinks, countertops, customer seating area, and way more. So if you ever sat down to eat there will most likely be bodily fluids on that table. Another thing was they only cleaned with water. A worked was allergic to bleach so they stopped using cleaning products overall. I’m sorry to anyone who eats there.

This location is a well oiled machine and deserves recognition. I came in to grab a quick lunch and the line was very long, but I decided to wait. I ordered within 5 minutes of arriving and had my food very shortly after. I heard one employee mention (very professionally) that they had an employee call out and that's why the line was so long. The three individuals who were working on the line today worked very well together, had excellent communication and customer service, and they were very quick and efficient. I don't know if a manager will ever see this, but please know that this was a fantastic experience.

Just moving in to the area. Picked up some sandwiches for lunch and had enough for dinner.

Ordered the firehouse hero and steak and cheese subs and a cup of soup. The bread was soggy and the chicken and dumpling soup, while it tasted fine, barely had any meat or dumplings in it (just broth basically). It's not worth the money. Better off going to Jersey Mike's or Potbelly instead. The price is too much ($40 for two people) for a mediocre lunch. At least the pickles were fresh lol.
