We went in for lunch today. Jarelle was working and he was so very pleasant to talk with and lots of personality. Warm subs and fresh ingredients.

Food was wrong and some of the staff was nice and rude. This is the second time in the row this has happened. They really need to work on their customer service.

This location is convenient to where we live and we genuinely enjoy the food, however every time we go in we regret our decision because of the service. On our most recent visit, we placed an online order just after 8, with a pick up time of 8:30. We arrived at the pickup time and our food wasn’t ready - no big deal. Our food hadn’t been started yet though and the staff seemed unaware that there were orders to complete. While waiting for our food, the staff proceeded to complain and make fun of customers, specifically those who come in within the last hour of service. We are not ones to complain but this experience needed to be noted as we will not be returning due to it.

The two boys running the joint were unfortunately too busy fussing with each other to make our sandwiches correctly. One sandwich was completely missing all of its add on ingredients and one was missing half of its add ons in our pickup order. The first thing I heard when I walked into the building was the guys arguing loudly over who knows what but I’m sure the only other people at a table in there could tell you. I just wanted my sandwich right, man.

It was nice and clean. The staff was very polite welcoming you as you entered. I picked the Italian today and it was nicely prepared

I must say the food is 5# star……but the service is subpar first off it’s very important for me to wash my hand before I food “I have a very dirty job” there was no soap had to wash my hands in the woman bathroom they had soap, take way longer then it should’ve to make my food and the woman back there think she was the manger had the biggest month I’ll ever heard “not cursing” just obnoxiously loud it was annoying me and other customers

Ordered a turkey bacon ranch medium sub meal . Asked specifically for no mayo and no ranch because it makes the sub soggy and they made it with mayo no tomato. After the pickup I tried to eat it and could not because it was so mushy and full of mayo and the meat was scarce. I won't be eating here again. This is the second time I have eaten subs from her and had mushy subs. The price is ridiculous for what you get as well.

Gives off Sub Shop vibe as soon as you walk in and has many tables for dining in. They also have a pick up window on the side for pick up orders which is fantastic.

Went in for subs Saturday around 6:00 pm. Person behind register was clearly not happy to be there. We ordered and received our food. The young girldid a great job with our subs but I was not thrilled that her boyfriend was hanging over the counter directly in front while she was working. Didn’t notice this before we ordered and got our food or probably would have left.
