Staff couldn't be nicer. The food is higher priced...but you definitely get what you're paying for. Highly recommended !

First, I would like to say, I don’t normally leave reviews. But today, when we walked in the firehouse, we did not get greeted, didn’t even notice until after something else happened. We were standing at the register my one daughter orders a meatball sub small and then another daughter later in the order decided she wanted a small also and so I said can I switch that to the medium. And the lady that was making the subs said that she had already made the small and that she can’t switch to a medium that she would have to throw away my sub and do it all over again which one I understand that and I Apologized. She proceeded to take out the piece of bread that she cut in half to make a small and didn’t cut it. Anything off of it to make a medium when there was another small piece of bread sitting on the counter, but the way she said it was so rude and so ugly. It put a horrible taste in our mouth. Then, when I got my sub, it was the least amount of meat that I’ve ever seen on my sub from firehouse I will never be back to this firehouse.

Food was good but nothing had been checked went back to get missing items and still didn’t get everything and the had bagged it while I was there and they promised me it was packed. I had to call back again to get the rest of my order and they did deliver it to us because I was in a meeting and couldn’t go back.

Ordered the King Hawaiian Pork with pepper jack cheese and slaw. Asked to add bacon. However, when the sandwich was delivered by door dash all I got was pork and bacon, no cheese or slaw. Will not be ordering from them again.

For $13 the portion of meat on my medium steak and cheese was embarrassingly small. It was basically bread with a little bit of meat! Where’s the beef? Not on a Firehouse steak and cheese!

Subs are good. Service is great considering its fast food dining. My only suggestion is that they make the subs bigger. The amount that you pay for a footlong isn't worth the price compared to its competitors.

To anyone who goes to the forest location the people that were making my sub yesterday were very disrespectful! One guy was profusely. Sweating wore the same gloves, when touching steak on somebody else's sandwich, when I told him I can't have red meat on my sandwich he said I'll go change my gloves I watched him he never changed his love. He never washed his hands, and he kept rubbing the sweat off his head at that point I didn't want to cause a seen however now I have the stomach bug please heat sweats. Then the fact that my girlfriend asked for a build your own and she's allergic to tomatoes he still proceeded to put them on their I wasted 27 dollars on everything and he looked like he had a problem being their.
