Waiting from 6:15-6:40 for my food. I was on a very tight schedule and I had to leave so I didn’t even get my food, and just threw money away. I waited at the speaker for around 10 minutes before just driving around because no one was answering. W

Undercooked bacon. Raw hash rounds. Greasy eggs. I'm just about done with Hardee's for breakfast. Not to mention that our food sat on the counter for 20 minutes and no one told us and I found a little hair in my biscuit.

I sat at the drive thru waiting to place my order today for 15 minutes. No one even came over the speaker to ask me to wait or say anything at all. I called out but no answer. I thought it was broken so I drove to the window where I waited another 8 minutes for a young girl to finally put on a headset and come over. I told her my order was never taken and I had been there for 20 minutes. She then said they were short staffed! Seriously an understatement. I told her 4 vehicles had driven off while I sat there. I left and went somewhere else. This Hardee’s needs serious help!

Arrived at Forest virginia store at 7:45. Went to drive thru. 10 minutes later No service. Drove to drive thru window. No one in kitchen. Drove to main front window. 2 employees sitting in lobby on there phones. Returned 25 minutes later. Same employees in the same seats. Saw at 10 others cars go thru drive thru. No service to any of us!!!!
Food consistently doesn't taste as good as other Hardee's in the area, order got messed up again and service is always slow despite them not being that busy. 5 people in the dinning room and my food takes 10 minutes.

Ordered a monster burger combo. Sat down to eat. Burger only had one patty. People behind the register looked at me like I was crazy till they realized their mistake. Then it was "We are cooking more patties" once my burger was completed it wasn't hot enough to even melt the cheese
