Food consistently doesn't taste as good as other Hardee's in the area, order got messed up again and service is always slow despite them not being that busy. 5 people in the dinning room and my food takes 10 minutes.

Ordered a monster burger combo. Sat down to eat. Burger only had one patty. People behind the register looked at me like I was crazy till they realized their mistake. Then it was "We are cooking more patties" once my burger was completed it wasn't hot enough to even melt the cheese

The employees seemed to care less I was in the store. The store was out of Cole slaw. Took too long to get food considering I was the only person in the store.

Ordered 4 sausage biscuits and a breakfast bacon platter. Drove home . Open platter and see that there are not any hash rounds. To far to drive back. I would recommend to check your order before you leave to make sure they gave you everything you paid for.

Whomever is making the biscuits for the past two mornings could you please stop burning them? Usually they are the best and super soft and fluffy but not yesterday and today. They are so overbaked that no amount of gravy will soften them.

I was in a hurry and had to grab lunch on the go today. Kosian (sp?) was working the drive thru and was so nice with a big smile and sweet demeanor! The crew had my food ready quickly and it was all hot and fresh! Thanks y'all!

Yo I swear to god on my life the food was worse then the pictures are showing you see the second picture? That was the width of chicken throughout the entire tender I got TWO and both of them were just breading dude it was like chicken jerky idk how they managed to dehydrate the chicken and make a entire chicken tender out of breading this is bad like on my soul this is the worse food experience I've had with a restaurant it was so small like they really tried to scam me it's inedible I'm not even picky like it's genuinely chicken jerky it's so dry

On a hungry afternoon, We stopped at this Hardee's for a quick lunch. Having never been here, we weren't expecting anything special. We were pleasantly surprised at the updated style and cleanliness of the dining area. The staff warmly greeted us and was extremely personable.
