The first time we came here nobody ever took our order so we just left. Today, the second time, my husband got the Frisco burger and we had to wait a while to get our food. Once we got home, it wasn't the frisco, it was just a plain burger with no toppings, nothing. But we were still charged the Frisco price! ? Also, I don't know how sanitary it is because the employee brought our food out wearing her kitchen gloves!

I will honestly say that this place is lacking... it needs a complete revamp of the kitchen staff. Definitely need better workers in the restaurant. I honestly don't know how this place manages to stay on top.

This Hardee’s is usually just the friendliest of places. It’s never too busy and always clean, but today the surly child they have manning the window was enough to make sure I don’t go back.Pretty sure he was trying to make sure he used the least amount of words possible, or maybe he was really just put out to be working. Either way he needed to NOT be the face of customer service. Rude was NOT a good look.My food was cold.Not even a full order of fries.Do I want to know what this dark mark is on my paper? I ordered a HOT ham and cheese.Overall a horrible experience.

These customer service personnel have the training of bullies! The one that took my order last night in the drive thru, was downright belligerent and hateful. He claimed I didn't order a combo, then when proven I had with my receipt, no apologies, nothing. The milkshake was nothing more than chocolate milk, he refused to acknowledge there was anything amiss about the consistency. I simply cannot believe any reputable organization would stoop to lowering their standards by hiring such disrespectful persons. There were several issues with the experience, and frankly, you couldn't pay me to go back. If this is the best service they can offer, may they fail as quickly as all the other businesses in that location have. Sorry, Hardees, but I don't choose to be harrassed, disrespected, and called a liar by such ill mannered children. Do better! Please don't assume that your employees have been taught proper, or even basic, manners during their upbringing. Make the very basic "please, may I take your order?" and "THANK YOU!" when handing over the order MANDATORY!!!! Are we not that civilized anymore? Have we let the streets take over?

Ok food but no tea( sweetened or unsweetened), no lemonade, and no toilet paper! Told the personal but not fixed by the time we left. Seriously understaffed.
