This location is consistently going downhill. The lady that took my card was nice but the lady at the second window couldn't be bothered to even look at me or say anything. They always mess something up whether it be forgetting to take something off or getting home and it's not what I ordered at all.

They gave me quarter pounder on moldy bun. Huge green mold spot right on top of bun no way they didn't see that. They gave me refund but no way person making burger didn't see that mold.

Fries were freezer burned went back and manager gave me warmer freezer burned fries and tea was weak.

i was on my break heading back to work around 10 30 am a shift manager named Brittany flip me off twice on Monday the 24 and today wed 26 around 10:20 am she was not nice to me everytime i come in saying bad words to me this not right all

I waited about 5 minutes just to be handed the cup for my sweet tea. Went to get it and it was old. Tasted old. It’s 6 hours expired (it’s now 6:55pm) and counting. Went to tell someone but couldn’t get help at the counter so I am posting here. Had to get soda, which costs less than the tea I paid for and didn’t receive.
