Every time I come here the food is pitiful. This time they put 2 cherry tomato slices on my McCrsipy. And they wonder why people aren’t eating out as much. Be the last time. $6.50 sandwich that’s not worth $1.

The best McDonald's in a 25 mile Radius of Lynchburg Virginia.People are polite Food is fresh and Hot and good size to . Definitely not like the McDonald's in Meth Heights Virginia or the one 3 miles up the street in the Food Lion shopping center... And the don't have Rats running around like the McDonald's on memorial avenue in Lynchburg

Normally I have a good experience here with customer service but today it was truly awful. I went through the drive through and used my points for an iced coffee, I was given the wrong size at the window and before I could even tell them it was wrong the lady shut the window. I went in to have it fixed and waited at the register for well over 10 minutes while a woman passed by seeing I was standing there and proceeded to ignore me. No “I will be right with you” or anything. She finally comes up and just looks at me so I tell her my issue, she immediately knows exactly what my order was and remakes it to a large. She aggressively puts in on the counter and says “there you go” rudely. My drink was thrown together and not even mixed, which would be fine if she had been nice but she wasn’t at all.

This location is consistently going downhill. The lady that took my card was nice but the lady at the second window couldn't be bothered to even look at me or say anything. They always mess something up whether it be forgetting to take something off or getting home and it's not what I ordered at all.

Very unpleasant people in the drive-through they look angry and mad and miserable to be there
They gave me quarter pounder on moldy bun. Huge green mold spot right on top of bun no way they didn't see that. They gave me refund but no way person making burger didn't see that mold.
