I have given this McDonald’s two high hopes attempts, and both time have had terrible experiences and will not be back.I understand these people may not have the best jobs in the world, and get busy and overworked working late hours, but there are a few issues that cannot be acceptable.I received a chicken sandwich that was completely uncooked. Entirely pink in the middle and still cold. After taking a bite, I was completely repulsed. You’d think I would learn my lesson and not return, but I gave it one more shot thinking “fries are safe. How can you mess up fries” This time, I received fries that had the consistency of fries that sat out for ten hours and then got put back in the fryer and left out again for two hours. They were not warm at all and were hard as a rock. It literally hurt to bite into them. Needless to say, I will not be returning. There was one car in front of me and both of these transactions took well over 10 minutes each time. Do better.

My father-in-law loves the sausage and egg McMuffin at McDonald's. Recently I got the honor of bring the 80 year old man his breakfast every morning. I am generally not a Patreon of McDonald's. The whole quarter of a piece of cheese on the McFish ended our relationship years ago.I was glad to see I had made the right choice those years ago. I came through the drive-through for four straight mornings. I ordered the same thing each time. Sausage Egg Cheese McMuffin, hold the cheese and add bacon. I had to interact with two people each time. Of the eight chances, only one person spoke to me and said, you are welcome, as I politely said thank you at each window.It is McDonald's food, so there is nothing to get excited about. Especially with the quarter of a piece of cheese, and now I see they did a quarter of a piece of bacon on your McMuffin, so service seems to be a thing to focus on. Not at this McDonald's; their focus is on their phones and getting you through the line with as little human interaction as possible. I hear AI is coming to ensure that the process is improved. Maybe this store is doing a test.Either way, I will see If I can convince my father-in-law to start eating somewhere else.

I went to a McDonald's near breezewood today and this clerk asked me if I wanted a medium or a large drink. I said what is the difference in price? The two girls who were taking my order said there would be no difference. I said you mean to say that it wouldn't cost me anything in the difference of a drink. Well I said you might as well give me a large. Then I got the bill and they charged me a 30 cent up charge. I am sooooo sick of these people charging a fee and then LYING about it!

Very friendly staff even at the very end of the night. My daughter and I had left the ER and she was exhausted but hungry and one of the guys in the Drive-Thru taking her to death because he got to whistle in the Barbie world tune. LolKid-friendliness: They're amazing with kids and they always are! ?Parking: Parking lot with free parking around the whole buildingWheelchair accessibility: There is an area with a ramp up to the doorDietary restrictions: They have fat free and regular meals
