Went to pick up a cheesecake for my wife's bday. Only to be told the flavor i wanted was a special order. If that is the case then your web site should state that or at least say need notice for that flavor. Very disappointing

I've eaten here before the cheese cake was out of this world delicious but this time it was nothing like before the cheese cake was good awful I don't know what happened all 4 was a waste of my money so disappointed 🥹🥲😢

The cheesecakes are now half the size they used to be for $13 (mini size). So not worth it anymore. Very disappointing.

Every time I go past, I try to stop and get something from here as I live an hour away. Today, I went in, looked at the salads, sandwiches, and cookies. I stood at the counter waiting to order. There were 2 ladies talking to 1 customer. They didn't acknowledge me at all. Two people came out of the back at different times and they didn't either. No hello or I'll be with you soon. Totally ignored, I walked out. Their cheesecakes and other pastries are delicious.

Adorable shop with great vibe! So cute and very clean. Impressive! Great staff! The options are endless!

I got the carrot cake and one of the mini cheesecakes. Both we're AMAZING!! The staff was so genuine and kind! I would highly recommend it and will be back! :)

I rarely write reviews but the vegan/gluten-free/soy-free cheesecake I got today was AMAZING! The woman at the counter walked me through all their allergen-friendly options and if I hadn't known, I would've thought it was a regular cheesecake. Thank you Simply Vanilla!!

Cheesecakes are delicious. They closed their location in the mall. So we did not get out to Forest on this trip. Wish they were still open on the mall
