Sourdough Pizza is the best Pizza in the Lynchburg area and it’s not close. Their quality of their ingredients and their attention to detail in the oven is truly amazing. Every time we get pizza from there, we are always happy. It’s always consistent. I can’t give a higher recommendation.

TOP 3 OF THE BEST PIZZAS EVER
I've been to Europe and all across the states and this pizza is a perfect blend of European and American styles on delicious sourdough bread. Prices are a bit high for the amount of food you get but I promise you it is one of the best pizzas you'll ever have.
Not to mention excellent customer service and friendly employees. After coming back the next day and ordering twice the amount I did before they even gave me a free pizza voucher as a little Christmas present for a returning customer.
This place will 100% be my go to pizza joint for as long as I live in Lynchburg.
Everything is just well prepared and awesome food.

I have been ordering pizza dough from here since my daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. I honestly thought that we couldn't enjoy pizza anymore but these doughs have made all the difference. Simple good ingredients and they stretch and cook perfectly in our pizza oven. Amazing!

Pizza was fantastic. Good oven-style pizza. All those other low reviews about it being “burnt” are false, they clearly just don’t understand good pizza, I think they even mentioned they liked Pizza Hut better which should tell you everything you need to know.
The pizza itself had great flavor, I just got the basic pepperoni and could have eaten like 3 whole pizzas. They only have the 1 size (12 inches) which is perfect for 1 or 2 people depending on how hungry you are. Cheese was good, wasn’t too greasy at all. Crust tasted great and had a good flavor to it. Exactly the kind of pizza I expected, delicious.

This place is Lynchburg’s best kept secret for pizza! Their fresh sourdough MAKE the crust and they have any premium toppings and amazing pizzas with original combinations using a fire brick oven.. They also sell fresh baked sourdough bread on the weekends with honey butter until it runs out. If you haven’t tried their pizza I would highly recommend! The service is fast and extremely friendly as well.
Excellent pizza (I would say the best in Lynchburg), great service, relaxed atmosphere. The crust is fabulous with the sourdough being so much better for digestion.
Such a personable pizza place, the owners are so so great and really take pride in what they do. We really enjoyed our time here and the pizza is PHENOMENAL. Our go to place for sure!

As a local Lynchburg resident for over a decade, I’ve eaten pizza at almost every establishment locally. Sourdough pizza is by far my favorite spot to go. David/owner and his crew are very passionate about what they do and that is evident in the quality of their pizza and the flavors that they put on display day in and out. I would highly recommend trying every single pizza they specialize in. My only complaint is that they don’t offer a 48 inch wide pizza because that would be a game changer :-)
