Its a Waffle House. Does anyone go to a waffle house to have their mind blown ? It is simple food that feeds you. Good enough.
Coming from NY I am always blown away by how nice workers are down South. The two men who helped my group of 4 were very friendly, attentive and fast. 4 stars because the place could definately be a bit cleaner. As all the booths tables had crumbs all over them.

First time that I have been so let down from any restaurant. For the first time?I couldn't even finish halfway through my meal without feeling like I was going to vomit. Also the Odastic Of running your mouth about a customer in front other customers and crew. Plus I thought customers were allowed to listen to music.I didn't know customers were not allowed to listen to the jukebox.That was left there for the customers to use as well.But apparently for the morning crew today it was more important for them to listen to music and talk then do their job? Why dose wafflehose employees stay on their phone all the time?
I sat and watched the older african American lady turn around 4 young boys at about 12:30 am stating they were not taking orders but had people sitting around eating comfortably. I then proceeded to walk in after the young men & was turned away as well ,” she must have thought i was with them” . This is not my first encounter with this same lady turning people down at this time when it’s supposed to be open 24/7 , Its unacceptable and as a manager at my own restaurant something should be done about this .

Not very happy today. Server lacked a lot.Two waffles and one bacon. One waffle almost raw the other way over cooked.15 min later bacon arrived. Lady said she saw that and I asked why didn't she do something. She said it would take more time. This young girl is not with any program. All she could say is I'm sorry. She needs to be retrained. I had the best Waffle House experience here! Ed our waiter was amazing and he was so sweet. He mentioned he had just started but his customer service skills are amazing! David our cook was awesome as well. Good food and good people. Would definitely recommend this location!
First time at this one and it was not good at all. It was so cold in that place I had to go to the car to get a jacket. The server was ok I told her what I wanted she frowned her face and told the cook the cook stated o we don't have that we only have two with her face frown up as well. I stressed to her yes I get it all the time that's the only thing I order and I've been to every waffle house at least 3-5 times me and my husband and he always get the cheesestake melt and I always get the 3 pork chop dinner. The guy that way there had to show her on the menu that they did have my order SMH I also noticed after giving us our food the server kept coming to the table asking if we was ok ready to give us the check not long after and we just started eating Also the food wasn't cooked all the way it was like it was rushed and the girl who was cooking sneezed around the food didn't change her gloves or wash her hands very unprofessional and unsanitary. We will not be going back to this one. The best one so far is in Madison Heights highly recommend

I was very upset at this waffle house on Rte 221..No one was here when me and my daughter stopped to eat..We ordered chocolate milk and they brought it to us 1/2 full and full of ice??? Then I'm told we have to pay for refills..unreal 3.00 a glass fir 2 sips..Given our waitress 1st day still everything was wrong..My hashbrowns didn't get gravy but chili..My sandwich was supposed to be sausage my daughter got bacon so both ended up being bacon but mine had sausage on the bottom of it too..crazy..idk..but I did tip my waitress regardless even a poor job thsts her income so with that I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS WAFFLE HOUSE AND DONT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL..worst one ive ever been too in all my life. I grew up on WAFFLE house my mom waitressed in Lynchburg for 10+ years..

My breakfast omelet was swimming in grease. I gave it back and they replaced it but it still wasn't good
