I walked into the store today to get an Americano, there was no line and it was very slow today. I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff who both clearly did not want to be there. Absolutely zero work ethic whatsoever. It took 15 minutes to get them to actually work and make an Americano. Please hire competent staff who actually want to be there and who appreciate receiving a paycheck for hard work.

Everytime I’ve came to this starbucks location my drink has been wrong or just taste disgusting. Really wish military spouses and members were offered better workers/ stores. Some of us don’t have time to ask employees to redo the drink and just expect it to be right or atleast tolerable to drink.

I placed my order at 10:56am and I’m currently still here waiting on my caramel ribbon crunch frappe at 11:17am. They tried to replace my whipped cream with cold foam and then asked if i wanted to wait for them to make more. I would think after clearing out every guest who came after me and still not making my drink properly until i came and said something you’d just take the initiative to make my drink right to get me out of there. Definitely wouldn’t come again

Dirty tables. The lady at the front has a bad attitude. Wrong order twice. I'm not sure how this place is still on business on a military base. There was no sugar available or honey or stevia. 4 people working and still a long line for a coffee. Is hard for me to give a bad review, but this continues happening. I'm done with this place.Go to dunkin, cheaper and faster.

As I went in, there was an employee taking a break outside. When I went in, there was a long line. So I took a break and made a call.When I returned there was 1 employee working very hard. She was a blond haired lady. The other 2 employees were chatting to the side, not helping her.I went to the register, and those employees ignored me and kept chatting. A line formed behind me. The blond lady asked them a couple of times to help before they relunctly started working again.I ordered a sandwich and a drink. It said 10% discount with Star Card, but they did not give me the discount. I sat down and waited. The blond lady then asked if I ordered a drink. She said they didn't ring it up, but she overheard me order it, so she made it. I was impressed that despite working so hard, she remembered my order. But disappointed the lady who rang me up did not even listen. They had to dig up my order in the system and find my receipt. It took some time. So I paid again and again no discount.I went to the table. The tables were dirty. I took out my sandwich and it was the wrong sandwich. By this time, I was too tired and did not have time. I just threw it away. A disappointing experience.I gave 2 stars because there was one hard-working employee. The blond lady. She deserves a raise. I feel if they just had 1 or 2 more employees who cared and would work, then this would be a good place.
