Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The service and delivery was nonexistent. I live in military barracks with thousands of soldiers and many of us ordered food from this popeyes, but never got our food, in fact some of us didn't even got the full refund. Our orders got cancelled 3 hours or 5 hours after because they "didn't have the items requested" or "couldn't find the order in the system". They are playing with us and we couldn't eat that day. Like at least cancel it immediately don't make us wait and not go to DFAC to end up getting scammed by you crooks. Terrible service. If it was for me I wouldn't even give none of you scammers a star. I want you all to know that not only you will never see me buying at popeyes but my compadres that I work with in my barracks will give a cent to none of you. MREs are more efficient at least. You communists should learn a little about capitalism.

Love this place my wife got chicken last night and they never skimp. We go so much they recognize her just thought I’d say that goes a long way and they will keep getting our business.

Waited 20 min just to order food at drive thru. Had to remind the lady I was still there. Asked her how was the chilled lemonade prepared, she said it's just how it sounds and that she couldn't describe it. It her job to.know.whats on menu and articulate it to customers. Come to find out it's just lemonade with ice. When I pulled up I spoke to her and did not receive a greeting and was rushed off. Terrible. Management need to look into customer service. I'll be calling corporate.

Our food takes forever we was frustrated the military guy's with me they have to get back in sertain time
I asked the manager after we wait around 40min
If the order coming
He say they are cooking now 15 more minutes
My conversation with the manager was less than 30 seconds
The manager says he will call police and they will baned me from entering the military camp with confidence like owner
* At that moment we just think he is joking
But he did it
He called police tell them to Ban me with out any information they take his word and Ban me

I ordered the bacon and cheese chicken sandwich with Cajun fries and mac'n cheese and there was no flavor what so all

I showed up at 4 PM looking for dinner and dessert to take home for my family. There was no spicy chicken. There was no mild chicken. There was no strawberry biscuits and there was no apple pies. At 4 PM, that's totally unacceptable. The manager said I just need to drop some. It's gonna take twelve minutes. The place had 3 people and the drive through was empty. The lunch rush ended 2 hours ago.

Chicken by far the worst I’ve ever had from the chain. People were nice but the food was awful and tasted like it came out of the frozen section of a store

Terrible service all around. It's so chaotic and no one knows what they're doing and no sense of urgency. Please do some staff training or hire new people asap.

Updated: Even better a year later. Last year I dinged them a star for not keeping up with their lines. They got better at that and you can zip through even a long line.The food is still amazing.Keep it up.////The employees were really nice and the food (chicken, biscuits, red beans and rice, and coleslaw) was all really good.They are pretty slow when I went and it took a few tries because of long lines so I’ve got to knock a star off. I’ll gladly give them more chances because the food was good when I could get it.
