It NEVER fails, Every time we order from this store there is always something missing. Also, we pay for 24 wings and NEVER get 24 wings. It's absolutely ridiculous!!! This place new management or new employees that can read and count.

Goated tier popeyes. Probably one of the best. And ive been to a decent amount of popeyes. Came in clutch when I was in tech school there on Fort Lee. Outside of the bx, it was one of the only fast food restaurants available to us to go to as we couldn't leave base at that time. It was the closest fast food to our dorms.

My order is wrong every time I online order from this place. Anytime you go in they don’t have any chicken ready. It doesn’t matter if it’s before noon or 3 hours before closing. They never have chicken ready and it’s a 25 minute wait. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering online.

I’ve been waiting for my food for about an 1 hour and 30 min. I understand it’s a little busy but I had asked very politely if they can check up on my order and the only response I get is go sit down. My friend ordered after me and they got there order already.

The door says 1900hrs closing, I walked in at 1745hrs. All the chairs were on the tables and the drive through was closed. I was told when I ordered, that there were no sides other than fry’s. I then ordered a 8 piece tender meal to share with my son since they didn’t have Mac-n-cheese. Once my order went through, multiple employees were yelling and moaning and the cashier told them to stop acting surprise when people order. I pulled a chair down so me and my soon to be 2 year old son could sit and wait, and a customer walked in and stood next to me. I told the customer that “they don’t have any sides or anything, just chicken or fry’s and to be honest I regret making an order.” The guy told me thanks and left. The manager, walked to the front of the counter and said “I would tell you where you could go but you got your kid with you” I laughed because I thought he was joking and said I what? He repeated himself again. I went to the counter and told the cashier that I wanted a refund. The manager did the refund and as I walked out he was being very sarcastic and shouting “have a good night”. Looked on FB and saw that serval people on post have complained about him and others. I believe the only reason this store is making sales is because there are no other options on post, and the students that are training here aren’t allowed off post. To think I ordered $42 worth of food just so I didn’t have to go off post and that’s the experience I get? Ridiculous.

Huge Popeyes…..but there’s one poor guy at the counter trying to manage 10 orders while a table of people who work there sit at a table in the dining room just shooting the breeze, watching the line grow and doing nothing about it.

The best Popeyes you will find. No joke. Set on a military base hosting to our armed forces and dependants. Super clean. Nice big screen tvs and a huge dinning room

Had a worst experience in this restaurant. Ordered through mobile and waited for an hour. When i ask them they told me to sit down until they called my number. They are just keep serving the front counter and drive through. They are the worst servers i have ever experienced in my life. I would not recommend to go to this restaurant but they knew that they have only popeyes in the base that’s why they don’t care.

The chicken was over cooked and burnt. They tried to get me to believe it came from sitting out too long. The upside I was able to get my order replaced. The other downside was I had drive back and waited over thirty minutes and got an apple pie for my time and inconvenience.

absolutely incredible customer service. the employees working were very very social with me and the people i went with, and we cracked tons of jokes. the first time i came the food was decent but it took a huge step up this time. overall, the people were great, food was great, loved my experience and would definitely go again!

Tried to order a 8 piece family meal all dark meat and was told no. They said I can not order all dark meat beacuse it throws there chicken count off. Never have I been to a Popeyes that I couldn't do that at.
