My family hosted a memorial service in the Fife and Drum Room at Patton Hall. I am compelled to share my heartfelt gratitude and admiration for Steaphan Hopkins and David Brown, whose exceptional service and dedication made this event truly special.
I was challenged with arranging and coordinating a memorial service while living approximately 1000 miles away from Patton Hall. Until our arrival hours before the event, most communication occurred via telephone or email. From the moment we began coordinating the details, Steaphan displayed an extraordinary level of professionalism and empathy. He understood the significance of this occasion and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the memorial service was handled with the utmost care and respect. His willingness to accommodate our specific needs was evident in every interaction, providing a sense of comfort and support during a difficult time.
Patton Hall itself was beautifully prepared, with thoughtful attention to detail. Steaphan and David seamlessly coordinated all logistical aspects, from seating arrangements to audio-visual needs, ensuring the service proceeded smoothly and without any hitches. Their proactive approach and calm demeanor allowed us to focus on remembering and celebrating.
What stood out most was their willingness to accommodate last minute changes to ensure the most fitting space was used and appropriate layout applied, accompanied by their genuine compassion and understanding. Steaphan and David were not just fulfilling a professional duty; they were genuinely invested in making this memorial a meaningful and memorable tribute. Their kindness and attentiveness provided a source of solace and strength to all who attended.
In a time of grief, having individuals like Steaphan Hopkins and David Brown as partners with us, made a world of difference. Their exceptional service at Patton Hall will always be remembered with deep gratitude. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of a venue, confident that they will exceed expectations and provide an experience marked by excellence and heartfelt care.
Thank you, Steaphan and David, for your unwavering support and remarkable service. Your dedication has left an indelible mark on all who were present.
This is on a military base. Not open to public.
Always to hot.
US Army Reserve Twilight Tattoo Reception in the Fife and Drum Ball Room at Patton Hall, JBM-HH. The event was hosted by the Chief of Army Reserve. The room was set up by me with the assistance of a few of my Protocol Colleagues.
Stains on the ceiling tiles some of which were hanging down in the Abram's Room. Air conditioning not working so they brought in a noisy portable air cooler. Food was pretty good and service staff were wonderful.
Very nice facility and service.
You can tell that this was once a beautiful facility, but now it is worn and run down. The food was tasty but the atmosphere was dismal.
Went here with my family after honoring my cousin Lt. Michael DeNigris on 2/1/2023.Went to patton hall. I give this place 4 stars because of their poor communication regarding passes being needed for guests that are attending. We didn't know at all, than plus there was construction at the locations where they were trying to send us to get the passes. We finally found the place where to get the passes, but it made us very late! The event was supposed to start at 4:15pm, we got there at 5:00PM. Anyways, This is a beautiful building, and the room that held our event was big and really cool. The food was very good, as i had mussels, scallop, shrimp, salad, pasta, string beans, carrots, bread. They also had chicken, and steak. What i had was very good. There was also coffee, and chocolate cake and cheesecake. The chocolate cake was also good, as well as the coffee. overall nice little place. We were talking so much, and they were trying to close, so they had to kick us out. it's all good though, as the person did mentioned it very polietely. overall nice experience eating here.
I hosted my military retirement reception here - Lamplighter Room. Ms. Hollo and her team did a phenomenal job! Good food, nice set up and great customer service. About 60 guests were present and they all commented about how impressed they were with the entire event. A truly memorable time thanks to Ms. Hollo and her team! Also, a very convenient place to host a reception after military retirement ceremonies which literally take place across the street.
*************NOTE******************This place is the Officer's Club at or on Fort Meyer Virginia. Since it is on military base, it has limited access. If one is invited there, unless ID is held allowing access, the guest pass needs to be processed in advance. The service there for whatever occasion is splendid. The food provided was and always has been excellent. The facility is has many interesting features, but the best part is the ambience created which enhances the overall experience.
