I have ordered consistently over the past several months and service has continued to decline. I ordered from Uber Eats tonight and my poor Uber delivery person (and I) waited for an hour for my order to be made. I received my order only after calling them saying my delivery person was there, and it still took 15 more minutes. I received a wrong item, and one item was missing completely (not the drivers fault). According to the driver there were 6 people working and over 20 people still waiting for orders at that point, some of which told them they'd been waiting for 1.5 hours. This slow service has been consistent with what I've experienced in the past but never to this degree. Firehouse is about to lose a loyal customer because they continue to provide poor service.

They knew I was sitting down waiting for my food. Instead of calling me to come get it, they placed it at the pickup area as if I was not there. Waited an extra 5 mins for no reason.

I placed an online order about a month ago, and when I came to the store, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for the day and I never got a refund. Pretty messed up to accept orders and people money but just be closed.

One of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. It’s made fresh to order and is full of flavor and doesn’t skimp on the steak. The deli mustard here is delicious too. The bread is always fresh too. One time I ate it everyday for like a week straight it was that good! I highly recommend and it’s only like $12 for the large size with extra cheese. Much much better than the subway steak and cheese sandwich! That being said, the Spanish manager and the white manager there are very rude. They ignore me when I walk in and act busy when they are obviously not and wait for someone else to take the order and prepare the food. When they do take the order they are stone faced and rude. Kind of odd that they behave this way. That’s why I took a star off. The rest of the people who work there are very nice and polite.
