When I walked into the door tonight, me and my spouse were not greeted by anyone. There were two waitresses or workers in the both fixing each others eyelashes right in the first two booths as if they didn’t see people at the door. They continued as if they were at the spa and did not move until they were done. They then proceeded to the back and we never saw them again. Our host was busting tables, cleaning up the back of the dining room and trying to seat people at the same time which didn’t quite seem right. I felt as if he was the hardest working person in the room compared to others that walked around like they didn’t see us and we had to wait fifteen mins to get seated in an almost empty room. He was truly a one man show until our waitress came to the table so that’s why I had to give the 3 stars because his coworkers did him no justice. Every time we come here which is not often, I get further disappointed. I hope it someday changes and the service improves.

The best thing about the restaurant were there friendly greeters. The food was mediocre and they actually got my order wrong, I ordered a medium well hamburger got well done I ordered no tomatoes and got tomatoes, and fries were very salty. As far as the restaurant, it is in need of upgrade or at the very minimum some repairs for the tables.

Went there at during busy hour. Service was good. I was greeted at the door within 30 seconds of entering, seated with a menu in under a minute. Received my drink within a minute, and placed my order for food.
Good atmosphere, relevant music and staff that pays attention to empty glasses. Food was prepared as requested within a reasonable time. Not much else you can ask for. Extra tip for the great staff. I will definitely be returning.

Step back in time here! And you thought Applebee's was a thing of the past? Well, not in Franklin, VA! As you enter you are greeted with the distinct odor of the carpet that was installed when the building first opened, (I'm guessing the 80's?) & by the 15 year old hostess to show you to a booth or a table! Wow, so cool! Then you can order from a menu that hasn't been updated (or cleaned) since the 90's! Whatever you choose, rest assured it was frozen 20 minutes ago and heated in the microwave just for YOU! Such a special place to make memories and indigestion! Way to hang in there Applebee's, although I'm guessing the locals who frequent the bar, ( at 11 am on a Sunday) keep your doors open...cheers 🍻

The dip that came with the appetizer was watered down and the place smelled as if the tables were being wiped down with dirty water. How can you mess up mashed potatoes. Applebee's has really went downhill.

Service was super slow however servers were standing around the bar, dancing and goofing off. We were one of 3 tables with customers. Salad took forever to come out and had water draining off it, swiss burger was ok but the ultimate bacon burger had a very sweet sauce that didn't allow the meat itself to be tasted. The building on a whole had a dirty smell, but the bathrooms were horrendous. The floors had a slimy coating and the dirty mop smell was a whole new level. I rarely give a super bad review, but we could find nothing in this experience to compliment.
The new pickles and sauce are a hard turn away for family🫣

One of the worst ever. Long wait time appetizer came when regular food came. My burger was not right sent it back while the my party ate. When it arrived my party were finished and the burger was nasty they put tomatoes on it and quickly took it off and left pieces of it on it (I hate tomatoes), bun not fresh not toasted. The manager was not friendly, didn't smile, barely opened her mouth, nonchalant only gave me 10 off meal after it wasn't fixed right the first time and when it came back my party was done eating. Never Again!
