One star is too many! This is the WORST Applebees ever! Although today I had a good waitress, the experience still sucked! I have been here several times this year, on different days, at different times of the day, in an attempt to give this place a chance; however, EVERY SINGLE TIME, the experience has been bad. They have a quick seating time, but a ridiculous wait time for your food. They NEVER bring out the appetizers first, and most of the time, the food is either cold or wrong. MOST of the staff stay in the parking lot doing whatever and they act like they are scared to be courteous! Please, please, please visit another establishment because this is NOT IT!!!!

Great place to go in Franklin. I went here a few times when I was visiting family on the holiday weekend. It's actually one of the only bars that's open late. They had great customer service and a very friendly staff.

We ordered chicken Alfredo for takeout. We paid $19.00 plus tax for just one. The amount of food in the container did not match the price. It barely covered the bottom of the container.
I really like going here due to the atmosphere. It's comfortable to sit down with the family, the service is great but I have not been very happy with the food lately. The salads are great, the appetizers are good but I think a little high priced. Boneless chicken, i was not impressed with some of the flavors and the texture was very hard. The steak I had was not cooked in the middle and was full of gristle and I couldn't eat it at all, but my dog got two steaks for dinner that night. The bartender does make a great margarita and there are 3 wonderful flavors 😁 They do support the military and you can get a discount but you must inform them, they do not ask.

Came here hoping for the burger with unlimited fries, and drink that I had seen advertised just to try it out. Nope. They don't participate, so I opted for something else because I was starving-- waffle fries were baked, not deep fried, no salt, just dry pucks that were getting burnt on a cast iron skillet and the hot honey bacon chicken didn't look anything like it had been advertised--just like they put a couple pieces of rubber in the microwave, sauteed a few onions and less than one mushroom, squirted an unnecessary amount of hot honey on it, and didn't even add bacon... It just looked gross. I'm just not coming back. Applebee's where I came from were wayyy better and I'm just going to come to terms with the fact that I will not get quality food at this location. Hence, why I won't be back.
