If you come in after morning shift breakfast leaves, be ready for terrible food. Been her for 2 days an can say after the breakfast shift leave, the place goes to crap. Lunch time an after the food is just cooked and forgotten about. Fries are hard as rocks an chicken is dry. The ladies in the morning are the only reason this place stays open.

I am extremely disappointed with the management at the Bojangles location in Franklin. I was involved in a serious situation connected to an employee (The store Manager) that required police involvement, and the lack of professionalism, accountability, and cooperation from management and employees was alarming.
During an active situation involving law enforcement, management failed to cooperate appropriately and appeared more focused on protecting an employee than handling the matter responsibly. This lack of accountability and professionalism was alarming given the seriousness of what was happening.
I hope ownership takes a closer look at how this location is being managed, as situations involving police should be handled with far more care and responsibility.

Stopped by on a road trip. Long wait and was told once at cashier that they were taking cash only. Took about 20 mins to get food. Food was good though.

The food was burnt, and the service was extremely slow. The staff seemed uninterested and repeatedly got the order wrong. On top of that, I was charged extra. This location clearly needs better management. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Literally parked me in the curbside spot and forgot about me. Sat for 20 minutes and finally an employee comes out to ask what my order was 😑 i mean can we be so for real

I went through the drive through ordered my Cajun filet biscuit and added an apple crisp well I didnt get my apple crisp. Guy said it didn’t ring me up for it,asked if i still wanted it and then said “oh well it’s not up yet anyways” so I think it did charge me he just didn’t want me to wait for it and I asked for hot sauce and he gave me honey. It’s not that hard !
Never again at this location. This location has problems. Eat at Bojangles about 1hr later i have been sick. I should have left this location did not look very good but I was hungry. I am paying the price.

The food was delicious. I love bo rounds. The service tho was much slower this time i was here. There was a full staff and a lot of chit chat. Let's get the truckers in and out, we work on a clock where we only have 11 hours to be driving. As nuts as this seems Waiting 20 min for a breakfast sandwich will affect my ability to have enough time on my clock to make it home l.
