I love fried chicken and Bojangles typically has some good fried chicken. My experience with this place was not good. They did give me a refund and I appreciated that. I will eat at Bojangles again but just not that specific location.
The food was great cooked good the chicken was very juicy and delicious the bo berry cookies were absolutely the best I've ever had although it took them forever to get the food done it was still good
Slowest BO’s i have ever been.
Ordered Leg&Thie Dinner and got Leg & Thie plus Cal-slaw on side asked that i have not get what i ordered the guy at reception started saying me that its my fault plus the manager was nice to help and refund my money charge the correct amount of order and give right food. Need to work on their employees. Need to improve customer service.
