I just left Burger King in Franklin Virginia.The drink had a funny taste to it. I don't know if they didn't clean their machines,or what,This restaurant needs to get it together. It took me 15minutes to get my order .The whopper Jr. look like a kid size hamburger.The toppings were very little to none,Not worth the the money.They need to go back to theBigger Burgers, And Fries that doesn't taste bitter,and under salted.Come on Burger King You Can Do Better.

If you are in a hurry then NEVER go to the Franklin, BK. Even if no one is behind you, you are always told to pull up. In the last 5 visits, the fries are always cold, 4 out of 5 times the buns were mostly hard and the burger is always so cold the cheese doesn't even melt. On a simple order (I don't do any alterations on my order) I have never gotten my food any faster than 7 minutes and again 5 out of 5 times it has been cold. Lastly the drinks, no matter what drink is ordered always taste off. Either the carbonation is to high or the syrup is. Normally BK is my favorite fast food but even if you love BK you need to avoid Franklin and NEVER even attempt to go by the Windsor location as that one....Well I don't even have the words for how bad that one is..

It has been years since I have eaten Burger King just because it’s normally not very good however, I was tired of eating the same food lately so I stopped by the Burger King in Franklin, And to my surprise, the food was perfect! Everything was super fresh and had great flavor! I will be adding Burger King back to my list at least the one in Franklin!
