The male taking our order was extremely rude. He is running the drive thru and front end, he was very rude to the customer coming through the drive through. Can see the attitude all over his face… it’s just sad… Burger King needs to do better with their employees…

I must say, Quadream received a strange request from me on a burger I wanted " inside out burger" he hit the nail on the head!! It was bangin!!! Great customer service and they made it exactly the way I wanted it. I appreciate this team you have I will return just for the great customer service here.

The countless of times I have stopped . Food has been crappy. They don’t take the orders right or get what you ordered. Employees attitude towards customer haven’t been very pleasant. Too worried about the order time than taking care of the customers. Sat outside of store waiting my orders some times it’s 10 mins or more . Would not recommend.

Rude drive thru order this am at 739am. Made me come inside in rain to pick up my order. Threw the order on the ocunter at me. Seriously need these guys retrained. To beat it all he gave me someone else double sandwich order. Save yourself a headache and go to M.c.D.s.

Tonight I went to Burger King in Franklin Va I set in the drive Thur for 20-30 minutes they ask me to hold when I first pulled up no problem but to wait 20-30 minutes am no one comes back an take my order so i decided to leave they didn’t have no customers in the drive Thur nor the inside I don’t know who the manager is for the night shift tonight 2/16/2023 but they need to do better an my son only eats at Burger King I’m truly upset an to wait 20-30 minutes is ridiculous please do better.

Basically, wait 15 minutes for food that is still cold. There was 1 vehicle pulled up already, but nobody was in line. I'm sure they have great times in drive thru because everyone is pulled up immediately after paying.
