Rude drive thru order this am at 739am. Made me come inside in rain to pick up my order. Threw the order on the ocunter at me. Seriously need these guys retrained. To beat it all he gave me someone else double sandwich order. Save yourself a headache and go to M.c.D.s.

Tonight I went to Burger King in Franklin Va I set in the drive Thur for 20-30 minutes they ask me to hold when I first pulled up no problem but to wait 20-30 minutes am no one comes back an take my order so i decided to leave they didn’t have no customers in the drive Thur nor the inside I don’t know who the manager is for the night shift tonight 2/16/2023 but they need to do better an my son only eats at Burger King I’m truly upset an to wait 20-30 minutes is ridiculous please do better.

Basically, wait 15 minutes for food that is still cold. There was 1 vehicle pulled up already, but nobody was in line. I'm sure they have great times in drive thru because everyone is pulled up immediately after paying.

They gave us a kids meal that was literally just fries and a toy. They forgot the actual meal item. Franklin BK is never busy in comparison to the other area fast food places(I can see why) so that's no excuse. They were dead and still had us pull up and wait for food. Worst fast food place in Franklin. If you're going to screw someone's food up, don't let it be the kids meal.

I had a double whopper with extra everything.I ate it so fast forgot to take a picture of it lmao. Nexts I sign try triple whopper
Ordered 3 bacon swiss chicken sandwiches. 2 spicy and 1 not spicy. Had to repeat the order 2 or 3 times. One sandwich was marked as not spicy, but all 3 were spicy. I have issues that prevent me from eating spicy foods so I had to waste mine. Only reason it didn't get corrected was because I didn't open the sandwiches right there at the drive thru to inspect them. Should not have to go through this. These kinds of mistakes can put people's health at risk.

This Burger King is the most ghetto place I have ever been in my life staff is completely disrespectful slow unprofessional I work in fast food and if my staff was to talk like how they did over the speaker they would be
They put cones in the drive-through to let us know that the drive-through is not open, but it appears like the inside isn’t open either because I can see people on ladders up to the lightbulbs trying to do some thing, but I was staring at them, hoping they would not their head yes or no and I know that they knew what I was wanting to know. It’s obvious if your drive-through is closed and you pull up to the door and you’re staring at them that you would like to go to the restaurant. Like duh. No sign on the door that says the inside is closed or anything. it’s rude to not let your customers know what is going on and of course they don’t answer the phone. I noticed none of the restaurants in Franklin that are fast food ever answer the phone.

Outstanding staff. The only gripe I have is the milky Hersheys chocolate milk shake that taste sort of spoiled. It didn't even have any resemblance to the one advertised.

When I stopped here for quick lunch the folks at this burger king demonstrated great service and served up the same consistent, satisfying and reliably tasty food I expect from any BK.

They always have sales & coupons. It's a clean atmosphere when I've came in although the parking lot has trash from time to time. It's not many women working. I've seen more during the day & mangers at night if they are women. I've seen other fast food restaurant offer benefits & free food such as Wendy's, Hardee's & McDonalds. Burger King doesn't offer benefits for they're employees only salary employees nor perk to value their service for regular employees but they all have something in common when it comes to breaks & other situations. They used too. Some of the sandwiches has too much mayo & not enough lettuce to complete the sandwich. Also, the hard part of the lettuce shouldn't be on the sandwich. I would suggest them to repeat the order to make sure the order is correct & speak a little louder so customers heard them indrive thru & ask the customer if they need condiments. DoorDash pickup service, I've heard was fast & bag travelable also they try to correct orders if they made a mistake. I must add they need better ventilation. It's no air circulating. I would suggest ceiling fan in the back for the cooks & lobby for customers.
