China Express Restaurant

The teen/young man who is at the front of house is extremely rude and acted like he wasn’t interested in taking our order. He waited for us to order over 100$ in food before telling us they are only taking cash. It would be nice if you would have said something prior to us ordering anything. We left to get cash but then saw a place named KIKI’s Grill was open and stopped there instead. Was instantly greated at that restaurant and decided to order there instead because they were so nice vs the Chinese food place. Horrible customer service at China Express and will never go again. I see why the current rating is already so low.

I end up getting sick darn near anytime I get anything other than the fries. Think that's all I'll be eating from there from now on.

I just came from China Express Restaurant,Order Egg Foo Young shrimp,Got home it looks like Crap brown rice gravy look old and lumpy,The Beef and Broccoli was very salty and served with dark brown rice instead of white rice,The egg rolls was very greasy, Ane the wings was recooked not fresh,The store need cleaning ,The owners need to disinfect that store and clean it up if they want to keep people coming,Get someone in there that CC an cook to order.I may have to get an inspector to come check this restaurant out..I had to trash the food,when you spending $30-35You expect goog quality food I won't be coming back to any of these Chinese restaurants in Franklin.And I live here.

I ordered general tsp’s shrimp here, it was delicious. Sauce was thick and a lot of it. The lady at the counter was very friendly and sweet. Will definitely stop by again.

I have stopped patronizing this business in the past due to the lack of customer service care and professionalism in handling complaints. This review in particular is due to them serving reheated food, especially wings and this time burnt fried rice.

I will never visit this place again. I ordered some chicken wings and I noticed that they was already cooked and the man was going to put them in the grease and cook them over. It’s a good thing I was watching because I would probably been in the bathroom with an upset stomach had I purchased them and consumed them. OMG They was

Order was taken wrong, the person at the register act like they was high as hell and didn’t care, they just give you whatever they want, not what you asked for. This the worst place to get anything. This place needs to be shut down immediately. Franklin should be ashamed for allowing such horrible service and food to service the area.

If I could leave a review without having to put a star I most definitely would have done that.. first of all she going to say they don't take cards as payment cash only and then going to tell me that I took longer than 10 minutes to come pick up my order..long as I came to get my order do it even really matter...but I most definitely will never order from there again cause she definitely don't have no customer service skills
