Disgusting burnt pizza.

Whoever took my phone call about tracker error, after I placed order online and it said 5 min later it was delivered, was rude and dismissive. Simply told me no no no, just ignore that. I said they need to have it looked at because as the customer I use that to know when to expect delivery. Again I was told to ignore it. And she continued to argue with me until I hung up the phone. Terrible customer service and will never order from this store again. Clearly they have issues with management and staff. Do not eat hear or order from here.

Update- after some investigation it turns out that as soon as you place an order online, they mark it as going out of the store so to corporate it looks like all the food is going out on time. Terrible management. Pizza was dry and bland. Pathetic to see someone run a franchise like this. I repeat, I will never, and neither should you, order from this store again!

Not only do they give you an incorrect order, they are rude! PLUS I WITNESSED TWO EMPLOYEES MAKING FOOD WITHOUT GLOVES! And the manager wiped her hands on her apron and went right back to making the food. I drove back up there after being on hold for 40 minutes and they did not care. Bad food, bad hygiene and bad customer service. 1800Dominos just loops you back to the store. The manager is named Diamond and the associate who put me on hold is named Will. Will drunk out of a red water jug without gloves and went back to making the food WITHOUT gloves. Pizza in the trash and the refused to remake it or refund. After driving back up there I no longer wanted them to remake it.

Employees put you on hold without telling you, they are rude on the phone, don’t answer questions, and overall very unhelpful.

i ordered over the app and made a mistake so i instantly called, i was put on hold twice without being told. finally when i talked to someone i explained what happened and they immediately shut me down because the food was already made. but if they would’ve just answered the phone the food wouldn’t have been made yet. i asked if there was anything i or they could do and they wouldn’t give me a direct answer and the lady said “well you shouldn’t have ordered then” as if i meant to make a mistake. overall she was very rude and didn’t help me at all. very disappointed in the customer service of this store.

The folks here are nice, but ordering over the phone is terrible. I paid for one thing and was handed something completely different. Since I had already paid over the phone (bad idea), there was nothing I could do, and nobody was interested in helping me out. Probably won't go here again.

They were not doing delivery service so we had to go pick it up. Which minute was not real hot. The pizza was okay but I have definitely had better. The lady behind the counter was very nice and polite.

I mean, back in my day these came DRENCHED with a buttery sauce, wait I’m not even 30 it’s still my day, do better. Nothing but lackluster experiences with this store for the past 9 months.

Ordered $40 in food for customer pickup. It was awful! Used Ranch on my pizza instead of garlic parm as I ordered. Like eating mayonaise on my pizza. I threw it way. Stuffed pepperoni bread hardly had any pepperoni in it and the way it was put together looked like a folded sandwich. When I try to call store to complain 6 calls in 2 days. No one picks up the phone. Was on hold once for 23 minutes. Phone system is useless.
Remember many people do not do smart phones or tablets. I see loss of a good portion of your customers. Now all I can do is drive 15 miles with my receipt to prove the mistake and complain. I'm pretty sure this was my last Domino's order, and glad of it.
