Worst Dominos I have ever been to. Messed up the entire order and can't seem to answer the phone when you call them. Will never go back. Deserves 0 stars!!!

Waste of money, should’ve called to complain about burnt pizza along with our cheese pizza that had a sprinkle of cheese on it.

This store has poor customer service. The guy looked at me standing at the door and the assisted manager. I was not greeted when I can in and I was refused help.
This store needs new employees. The one with the tattoos needs to be replaced and the assistant manager. I asked for a refund. She refused. The driver had to let me in. The driver had to give me my order no one offered to help. Poor service. Replace those two people. The reason why this places is still in business is bc we don’t have other restaurants. Restaurants needs to get better at customer service. Who wants to spend money to be treated poorly.

8:44 pm, Monday, November 3rd and I’m mentioning these details so when the owner reads these reviews, they will be able to pinpoint exactly who was on the clock. First of all, I barely ever complain about fast food, because I’ve worked there and I understand mistakes happen. However, when a customer that has spent their money on something from your store has an Issue, you try to fix the situation . HOW WERE YOU ABLE to look at a burnt , flat , completely inedible pizza , throw it in a box and feel comfortable putting it in a box and selling it to someone? Then when we drove home , and had to turn back around , we come inside, you look at it and say “what’s wrong with it?” Who does that? And then have an attitude about remaking it ? Then the shift manager didn’t e apologize either . Attitude on top of attitude . Sorry that people place orders at a fast food restaurant and you actually have to spend your shift making pizzas . It’s Dominos! You close at 11pm. It was only 8Pm and my order was raggedy so I feel very sorry for the people who will be placing orders up until then and the rush of negative reviews you will receive . And after talking to other people I find out this is who you’re training to be a manager ?why ? I’m sure the last reviews before me were all about the SAME group of employees as well. They have made mistakes before but always fixed it with no issue. But this group of people? I’m disgusted. They Will never get a dollar from me again.

If I could do a zero... I would.
I paid $4 more for stuffed crust and didn't get it. My pizza was not half and half (different toppings in each half) and it was more like 2 to 6.
I tried to call the store that night (SEVEN TIMES) to let them know and get the correct pizza delivered, however, they just continued to answer and hang up or leave me on hold for 10 mins.
The next day I called and finally washable to speak to the manager (well, she said she was) I have never encountered such an unprofessional manager in my life. I asked for a manager, she said HOW CAN I HELP YOU. I asked if she was a manager and I was met with HOW CAN I HELP YOU. I then asked for her name... again I was met with a HOW CAN I HELP YOU. The second time I asked for her name... she hung up. I have since called at least 10 more times and still have not been able to even tell anyone the issue.
I was offered a free medium, 2-toppung pizza... not my large 7-topping, stuffed crust. OOOOO... thanks sooooo much. SMH!!! I shouldn't be surprised... Franklin smells nasty... so doesn't surprise me that she was nasty, also.
It would have been nice to receive an email or phone call in regards to the email I sent... DAYS AGO!!!

Disgusting burnt pizza.

Whoever took my phone call about tracker error, after I placed order online and it said 5 min later it was delivered, was rude and dismissive. Simply told me no no no, just ignore that. I said they need to have it looked at because as the customer I use that to know when to expect delivery. Again I was told to ignore it. And she continued to argue with me until I hung up the phone. Terrible customer service and will never order from this store again. Clearly they have issues with management and staff. Do not eat hear or order from here.

Update- after some investigation it turns out that as soon as you place an order online, they mark it as going out of the store so to corporate it looks like all the food is going out on time. Terrible management. Pizza was dry and bland. Pathetic to see someone run a franchise like this. I repeat, I will never, and neither should you, order from this store again!

Not only do they give you an incorrect order, they are rude! PLUS I WITNESSED TWO EMPLOYEES MAKING FOOD WITHOUT GLOVES! And the manager wiped her hands on her apron and went right back to making the food. I drove back up there after being on hold for 40 minutes and they did not care. Bad food, bad hygiene and bad customer service. 1800Dominos just loops you back to the store. The manager is named Diamond and the associate who put me on hold is named Will. Will drunk out of a red water jug without gloves and went back to making the food WITHOUT gloves. Pizza in the trash and the refused to remake it or refund. After driving back up there I no longer wanted them to remake it.

Employees put you on hold without telling you, they are rude on the phone, don’t answer questions, and overall very unhelpful.

i ordered over the app and made a mistake so i instantly called, i was put on hold twice without being told. finally when i talked to someone i explained what happened and they immediately shut me down because the food was already made. but if they would’ve just answered the phone the food wouldn’t have been made yet. i asked if there was anything i or they could do and they wouldn’t give me a direct answer and the lady said “well you shouldn’t have ordered then” as if i meant to make a mistake. overall she was very rude and didn’t help me at all. very disappointed in the customer service of this store.

The folks here are nice, but ordering over the phone is terrible. I paid for one thing and was handed something completely different. Since I had already paid over the phone (bad idea), there was nothing I could do, and nobody was interested in helping me out. Probably won't go here again.
