Placed a mobile order on 9/23 and did not receive an item that cost almost $4 on a $16 order. I was told I would need to file a complaint through the app to get a refund for the missing item and I have yet to receive the refund or be contacted by management to rectify the issue. Absolutely ridiculous!

Listen, if I could trade this one for another one in Portsmouth, I would. It’s 4:25pm and my coffee is piping hot!! This is the second time we've gone here and they have not missed!!! Y’all are the ONLY ones that get my husbands coffee right! Thank you Dunkin ❤️❤️

Walked in to 4 people behind the counter. 2 on their phones. Nobody preparing food. Made our order. Got our drink quickly but sat for 15 minutes waiting for our food. One person preparing food (whom sat on her phone quite a while) with orders piling up. The entire time were standing there she made 2 orders consisting of 3 items. All the while everyone else was standing around. I get people are hired for certain jobs but everyone is on that front line and should be trained not to just stand around. And when somethings said about an issue rolling your eyes, smirking and then lashing out at the customers WHO CAN CLEARLY SEE YOUR ATTITUDE is not ok either. They need some serious training and my guess is some better management (and this is coming from someone who has worked fast food both counter, line and management.) This location Already needs a major face-lift. The dunkin name can only go but so far.

This is by far the worst dunkin in Virginia, your employees have no drive or customer service skills. 15 minutes waiting on my order. 5 of those minutes the girl was texting on her phone. Another employee had to tell her there were 3 food orders waiting and yet she continued to take her time. I had to get the manager to get involved to help the employee. You need to cross train your employees they all stood around and said it's not my job to make food, I made drinks. But helping your coworker and customer are important things to a successful business. And no a free doughnut doesn't make up for the manager not paying attention to her employees, and customers.
I will continue to patronize any other dunkin then this one.

I will never be visiting this establishment again. The workers are beyond inconsiderate, judgemental and rude, especially the male worker I encountered recently in the afternoon. He loudly expressed how "I am scary," how "scared of me he was," name-called me to several of his co-workers and proceeded to hide from me when I made eye contact, following it up with laughing. The entire time I was in the store I felt beyond uncomfortable, I was afraid to even eat in front of any of these employees in fear I would be mocked or laughed at.
The owners of this Dunkin Donut need to give this place some attention. This looks like a new DD and is not well kept. The counters and bathrooms were not clean. No napkins in the dispenser. The girls at the counter had no clue what a Bavarian cream donut was I had to point it out. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee and she was also confused on what it was. They seemed nice just clueless.

If i could hive a negative star review i would!!! -100,000,000. They rip you off and do not abide by the coupons! Go somewhere else, definitely not here! It is podunk anyway, worthless and their customer service sucks!!! Also the manager is extremely rude. No customer service skills at all!
