Been by this place multiple times many they are hardly ever open on time get there from 6 to 630 hardly ever open hours say open 5 this is bull crap !!

This is one of the worst hardees I've ever been to. The girl working the window acted like she didn't want to be there. The other person acted like I wasn't even there just kept running his mouth. My food was cold. Didn't get the sauce I asked for. Got hard dry fries. The milk shake that I got was barely mixed and hardly even half full. I won't be going here again and don't 0/10 don't recommend.

Rude cashier..thrust my bag out the window at me. Then we i asked for a cup of water she violently closed the window and handed me my drink without a word. Im guessing a thank you for my business was out of the question.
The cheeseburger was hot and very good however.

Locked doors at lunch time is madness and you need to begin hiring. I referred someone and was told the manager is out on leave👀👀👀

Came in to use the bathroom, No toilet paper. No paper towels. Stranded. I called the store. They hung up on me when I tried to speak to them. Had to call my mother in law to bring me toilet paper. Was going to buy milkshakes, but not after I was ignored and had to supply my own toilet paper. Won’t make the same mistake again. Hope whoever hung up on me, also suffers the same fate.

Waited for 10 minutes, at least. 2 biscuits ordered and both were wrong! Not only wrong, but the biscuits were cold and hard. I'm done.

Food was meh. We probably will stick to breakfast if we order from here again. My husband ordered some sandwiches that required bacon. He put in the order about 10 min prior to arriving at the store. Then, he sat in the lobby waiting about 30 min after they knew of his presence for them to tell him that they didn't have bacon and they hadn't even started on his order yet. They were nice about it and gave him a couple of hand pies for his time.

Please be advised that this was a mobile order. His phone number is attached to his account and other places that we use mobile apps to order call when they don't have something to modify the order or find substitutions. This didn't happen. Instead my husband was waiting 30 min for a really easy order that could've probably been modified and made in less than 5 minutes. All I can say is wow.

The manager has an nasty attitude because her employees didn't come to work. Not the public problem. When I expressed her attitude was off putting she snaps she didn't have an attitude. She wanted to say I had an attitude but it's only because she at me with one. Bad customer service. I don't recommend.

Service was nonexistent, I waited 20 minutes for them to try and pass off sandwiches that had been sitting for the full twenty minutes. When I asked about the sandwiches, she first lied to me and then proceeded to tell me that either way I would be having to wait. Her demeanor was aggressive and unprofessional from the fit: when one of the employees started to openly mock me she defended the EMPLOYEE WHO WAS LAUGHING AT my aggravation. It only got worse from there, but I will be showing up in person at the regional office to make my grievances known.

Order was not correct but we didn't pursue it. Ordered the Big grab bag deal. Got one single cheeseburger and 1 double cheeseburger..should have been 2 double cheeseburger. Facility had no ketsup for the French fries, the buns were dried out. Workers did not have it together. Saw 2 customers from the drive thru cone in because their orders were not right. Drink area was messy and the dining area needed some attention.

The Manager Kerri has absolutely no customer service at all. She messes up your order & talks to you in a demeaning manner. I will never spend my money at this location ever again as long as she works there
