They use to have the best chicken strips. This last time. There chicken strips were very small pieces of chicken and all dried up, over cooked i guess. Not good at all.

I ordered the Biggie Bag…. 2 double cheeseburger, fries & a drink to for take out. Spend $7.97 for cold old food. Both hamburgers were cold with stale buns. One wrapper even had dried mustard on it. I hope they didn’t take it out of the garbage can because it sure looked like it. A pure waste of money . I quit going there several years ago now this is another reason you won’t see me in there EVER again. I’ll be happy to travel to the Hardee’s in Courtland . Franklin Hardee’s should be closed. Oh where would the senior old men go to check out the women walking in the door that sit in there by the door booths. Please do better ( much better) Hardee’s

Went to pick up an order and was met with w hostility from the counter people. At first I was ignored and when I tried to tell them I was picking up an order they became hostile and confrontational. I never will go in there again. Terrible customer service

Tried the new maple biscuits. Smaller than I was expecting and absolutely drowned in sugar icing. Scraped most of the icing off and they were still too sweet. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit was just so so. Staff was very nice and kept me aware of my orders time for delivery.... ordered the 4 pack and apparently they didn't have any ready to go, so they had to make my order up. Didn't mind waiting because I thought they would be really good and fresh but 😔

The young so call managers need to be removed and fired. Some of their attitudes to customers is far from being professional and are disrespectful. Sorry,have no name to give you, just the young man was a very short black person and was rude to me.
I had the rudest employee of my experience here at drive thru. No training in custom service, no ability to place one at ease or clarify issues. Constantly on the cell phone. Other employee was even more unprofessional. These were young people. No mature adult present. I did not wait for food! Sad situation.

Been by this place multiple times many they are hardly ever open on time get there from 6 to 630 hardly ever open hours say open 5 this is bull crap !!
