4pm Tuesday, How can you pay your employees if you have no chicken cooked to serve? Not waiting 30-40 min for it to cook. First time reporting an issue but not the first time with service problems here.

Haven’t been in years due to the slow service. Tried again today and after waiting in line for 15 minutes after ordering they said it would be another 17 minutes. 1. That’s wild. 2. Tell someone that when they order, not make it to the pickup window. Always a total waste of time.

Polite employees, long waits, food incorrect. When someone orders something plain that literally means meat and a bun, not mayo or whatever the heck yall put on it. They asked if I wanted to bring it back, why would I drive 20 minutes round trip to get food that was supposed to be made correctly the first time. Listen, if you’re unclear, clarify.

First the order was ordered over an hour before and then they were late. Then the person referred to us as the old man and his wife. Called complaint line and that was an absolute joke. Then get home and instead of biscuits, they put freaking buns. Wtf....Do not go to Franklin KFC unless you want rude ass service.

They keep cancelling our order in the app without providing a valid reason. When I tried to call, nobody answers because line is busy. I tried virtual assistant and tried to talk with an agent. Agents responded but when I responded with an issue, they "didn't see my responses" and left the chat. This is a ridiculous way of doing business! Shame on you!
The staff is more worried about talking to friends that walk in since it's a small town instead of completing your order that you are half way thru. The girl literally had to be told by the manager to stop talking after 2mins and complete my order. Then it took 20 mins to get my food. Once I got home I realized they got half of my order wrong and all the food was room temperature. I live 8 mins away so it didn't get cold that fast. I would drive an hour out of my way if I wanted KFC again just for better service.
We thoroughly enjoyed our food. We stopped around late lunch time. The food was nice and hot. We had fried chicken, chicken nuggets, french fries, mashed potatoes with gravy, biscuits and coleslaw. Very good. The employees were all very nice. We even got a senior discount which almost wiped out the VA state tax, almost. We will definitely stop here again when traveling through this area.
