I have no complaints about Pizza Hut Franklin Virginia. They have always been on point.
The pizza I ordered was terrible. It was the special. 1 medium with one topping, wings & breadsticks. The pizza was nasty. So very disappointed! Breadsticks could have had cheese.
Order two large pizzas received one medium and one large and didn’t realize until we were home and laid them side by side. You can clearly tell one pizza is smaller than the other. Even measured them the large was 14” and the other “large” was 12”. Called them up to let them know that we got a medium by accident. And the lady argued with me saying they haven’t made any mediums and that it was 8 slices and that meant it was a large. Um okay, no that’s not how it works...read full review
