Walked in not busy. Waitress was laying booth looking at phone. Sat for 10 min and no one came to table. Guy at register finally came over with 2 menus. Only drinks we could get were 2 liter bottles. We got up and left. No wonder they are all closing if this is how they treat customers. Also salad bar was empty and disgusting .

My order was WRONG! I order a medium supreme pizza... I got a medium pepperoni,/ sausage. I can't call Pizza Hut in Franklin, VA because they are not taking calls. This is ridiculous! This is the second time in 6 months that I had a problem with them. I am not going back. This is BAD customer service!

The inside for buffet is never open and when you come to the window for your order they act like you’re bothering them. The big rude Caucasian woman needs to be retrained or demoted.

The price for this pizza was so high! I mean I didn't expect it to be genuine Italian pizza or anything. It's a different type of pizza, it's fast food pizza. But the cost for it is just crazy to me! I hope they at least pay their workers way above minimum wage.

I've been trying to call the store in Franklin Virginia and all I keep getting is the call Center even when they try to transfer me to the store and still goes to the call center. How am I supposed to talk to a manager if the call center doesn't allow you to talk to the store? All I need is a manager

We placed a carryout order this past Friday, it was PERFECT!! Everything was exactly as ordered and so good! I was reluctant to order due to the reviews. I am glad we did and we certainly will again!
