The inside for buffet is never open and when you come to the window for your order they act like you’re bothering them. The big rude Caucasian woman needs to be retrained or demoted.

The price for this pizza was so high! I mean I didn't expect it to be genuine Italian pizza or anything. It's a different type of pizza, it's fast food pizza. But the cost for it is just crazy to me! I hope they at least pay their workers way above minimum wage.

I've been trying to call the store in Franklin Virginia and all I keep getting is the call Center even when they try to transfer me to the store and still goes to the call center. How am I supposed to talk to a manager if the call center doesn't allow you to talk to the store? All I need is a manager

We placed a carryout order this past Friday, it was PERFECT!! Everything was exactly as ordered and so good! I was reluctant to order due to the reviews. I am glad we did and we certainly will again!

I ordered my food at 4:13. I ordered a hut box with a personal pan pizza and honey bbq wings . Why did I not get my food until 4:51!!! Almost an hour for a personal pan pizza and wings is ridiculous!!!

I order bread sticks, boneless BBQ chicken wings and a large pizza with one topping the crust was to be pan.. the pizza was dry and hard didnt have enough pizza sauce on the pizza. I asked for the Manger she didn't get on the phone.. she said busy..gave me a free pizza . Even the second one was the same as the first one. I wasted my money and time
The manager acts like she hates you cause you pulled up to the window for your order. NOT MY FAULT YOUR LOBBY IS CLOSED BECAUSE YOU CANT CLEAN AND THEY CLOSED YOUR LOBBY !!

Our pizza was really good. Our wings were a bit dry could have used a bit more barbecue. Over all i was please. Only think i didn't like was restaurant doors were locked so we all had to get in drive thru line!!! That was wrapped around the building.
