My one star is due to my ordering a venti no foam soy latte yet each day I've been here ordering there's foam and where is the rest of my latte, because my beverage barely came to the top of the green on the logo each time....Disturbing to say the least!!!
I was ignored several times while standing at the registers as if I were invisible. When my frappacino & green tea was ready, they were left on the counter with no announcement that my order was ready. I will not be spending my money at this location again.

I usually have a great experience with the mobile orders at this Starbucks and any other one. I normally have the same barista during the week here, who is a sweetheart.Greets you with a smile and is kind. I wish I knew her name. But today I had a different one, who was quite rude. Every Starbucks I went to before says to drive up to window to skip the line when you order via app. As soon as I said the name for my order, she tells me to stop next time so they can make sure they have it ready. Her remarks were said in a nasty tone while she shuts the window before I can respond. I wouldn’t have mind the comment if she delivered it in a better manner. Then as soon as she turned around they handed her my order, so it was no wait time or need for the comment. I had one coffee. Then to throw salt on the incident, the coffee tasted bland and wasn’t as good. Trust this will be my last time ordering from this Starbucks. I know on the holidays you have different people working. You may want to retrain some your employees on customer service. If they don’t want to work on the 4th of July, have them stay at home to prevent you fromlosing business. I was about to be a regular customer. If it wasn’t for the stellar service I received before here from other employees, you wouldn’t have received a 3 for atmosphere.

Warm staff and cozy atmosphere in an aspiring metropolitan area. Any new person is quickly trained properly and messed up orders are fixed without a fuss. (Though I haven’t really needed any fix ups)
The worst coffee I ever had. Asked for triple shots caramel macchiato but cannot even taste any coffee flavor. Taste like a cup of lurk warm milk.
Dacia did the best low-sugar frappuccino ever I had she did excellent, was very knowledgeable and was professional!

The new building looks great and the coffee is tasty! Employees are new! So, the service maybe a little slow as they learn how to make your choice of drink, it doesn’t hurt to be patient with them ?.

Ordered ahead to pick up in the drive-thru and the service was INCREDIBLY slow. It seems like they were making the drinks when the customers came up to the window. It took me over 40 minutes to get my mobile order in the drive-thru. Rule of thumb: order through the app, go inside at this location cause your drinks will be either getting cold or watery waiting.
I only use the drive through.Everything was ok, except the employee handling the food at the window waswearing nose jewelry appearing to have a dirty nose. It spoiled my appetite. Did not enjoy the experience.
