I've been here a few times. This Taco bell is ridiculous. I highly recommend they start adjusting pay based upon speed of service and attitude because at this location if you order ONE item such as a burrito or quesodilla your told to drive up and wait. When you arrive at this location you are greeted with a disgruntled sounding "KFC TACO BELL" all employees apear to be miserable and their attitudes are as if they are being forced to work here. Drive down a few more minutes to the taco bell in Holland on 58 if your looking for food. It will be served with better quality, better service, and in a quicker manner.

Waited 34 minutes in the drive thru after I paid, we only ordered tacos. My 6yr old had to use the restroom while waiting on food, so my oldest tried taking her inside and all doors were locked. This was around 6pm. Staff was rude, are order was incorrect and I caught nothing but an attitude when I requested for it to be corrected. I paid for food and it should be right! We will avoid this place from now on!

We waited for 20 minutes for 2 burritos that shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to put together. No one had ordered tacobell prior to us, only KFC. I asked what was taking so long and was told they had 2 door dash orders in front of me who had to come and get their food first. The person who has paid and is actively waiting for their food should be first to be served. Absolutely the worst customer service and they seem to have no respect. Will not be returning and urge any others to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The chicken tasted old and like it had been overcooked. Service was not the greatest.
Drive thru is terrible Waited 5 minutes to pay AT the window Out of 3 cars, me and another were made to wait another 10 minutes for food. When food was handed off, woman who handed it to me seemed almost irritated she had to walk it out to me and kept glaring at me as I drove away....rude service when I said nothing to them more than "Thanks, have a nice day"

Food is always good. My taco bell is always clean. Workers (specily) up front are clean and pleasant. My only issue is because they are a duel store with chicken on one side the taco side is really slow.

Since Taco Bell and KFC are owned by the same people and KFC would not let me leave a review possibly because I have left a very bad one in the past. I’m going to put it up here because it is one and the same company. Everybody that complains about people coming across the border at the southern border, consider the fact that people that are coming across the border usually make less than two dollars an hour. It seems to me like those people would be so happy to work at a place where you make at least $12 an hour. I sat in the drive-through from 1 PM until 120 and not a single car moved in the drive-through. You can’t tell me That they are so understaffed that they could not service one call one person in the drive-through in a 20 minute. Period. I got so disgusted I drove off. I would welcome anybody that actually wants to work for a damn living at this point, no matter what color they are. Hell, they could be striped for all I care.

They need to give the boot to the entire night shift, including the manager. Attitudes and cleanliness of this establishment are subpar at best. Don’t get me started on what’s inside the drink machines. They DONT clean them.
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. Cashier and manager screaming at customers is never acceptable.
