The cashiers here taking your order are rude as could be. I do not recommend this place at all!

I went through the drive thru and started my order of 2 tacos and I asked if they still had the chipotle chicken roll up and was ignored for three minutes then I was asked if I was done with my order I said no do you have the roll up I asked about then was berated and told no through yelling by a female with more baby daddy’s then sense over the speaker so I said I’m actually ok and drove away will not be going here again and would recommend others to do the same.

The food is always good. However, the dining area is hardly ever cleaned. Every time I’ve come here the drink area is always dirty. Sometimes the stains are there for days on the rare occasion I have come here two days in a row. Makes you wonder how well the other areas of the kitchen are cleaned.

Terrible experience! I want to rate zero! Waited 34 minutes for food that was never provided by inside the store. No update to the delay provided, after asking numerous being told it was coming. Multiple drive thru orders and other in person orders were fulfilled. Assistant manger Chandra claimed there were only 2 ppl working and the other two employees were ABOUT to get off. Poor service, rude staff.

I would not recommend this location. Once again i ordered both chicken and Taco Bell. Simple taco supreme. About half full, maybe 4 pieces of cheese. Not well made. Chicken was dry and employees rude

I've been here a few times. This Taco bell is ridiculous. I highly recommend they start adjusting pay based upon speed of service and attitude because at this location if you order ONE item such as a burrito or quesodilla your told to drive up and wait. When you arrive at this location you are greeted with a disgruntled sounding "KFC TACO BELL" all employees apear to be miserable and their attitudes are as if they are being forced to work here. Drive down a few more minutes to the taco bell in Holland on 58 if your looking for food. It will be served with better quality, better service, and in a quicker manner.

Waited 34 minutes in the drive thru after I paid, we only ordered tacos. My 6yr old had to use the restroom while waiting on food, so my oldest tried taking her inside and all doors were locked. This was around 6pm. Staff was rude, are order was incorrect and I caught nothing but an attitude when I requested for it to be corrected. I paid for food and it should be right! We will avoid this place from now on!

We waited for 20 minutes for 2 burritos that shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to put together. No one had ordered tacobell prior to us, only KFC. I asked what was taking so long and was told they had 2 door dash orders in front of me who had to come and get their food first. The person who has paid and is actively waiting for their food should be first to be served. Absolutely the worst customer service and they seem to have no respect. Will not be returning and urge any others to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
