I enjoy visiting Walmart I'm disabled and it's extra pleasure when they have electric cars available so I can cart myself all over the store sometimes I'll over purchase. At the end I'll end up having to take a regular shopping cart and then I put all the groceries in there and wheel out with the electric chair and the groceries with precision lol.

I have been waiting for this Lego set to come out. You know none of the Walmart employees have put the Lego donut truck or any 2025 sets out there so do not go to the Walmart in Franklin Virginia because they do not have it.

We don’t stop at Walmart often but this is by far the CLEANEST & most organized Walmart we have ever been too. Should be a standard setter for all Walmarts!

Im from out of town Went to try and get a battery from this walmart stood in there for help for 30min no help at all. No customer service no help they kept saying the cashier was coming never came so I just left. Then had to wait for them to let us out. Poor customer service. Dec. 29. 2024 worst experience at a walmart

Even though I arrived prior to 1:30 PM, the pharmacy wouldn’t help me because they were closing for lunch. The only signage indicating this was hidden and not visible from the waiting line.

Convenient location, not enough employees in departments. Big holes in parking lot that they won't repair, called several times concerning the matter over the yearsss, still there. Tracker tailor parking near curve of directions for pickup order where a big hole also causing traffic not flow in the directors. Also, the items advertised on the website isn't what they have at this location, you wouldn't know until you come to pick up your order than they substituted it. Update, parking lot has been repaved & repaired. Still issues with safety hazard in availability to see around tractor trailers & flow of traffic. I wish they could pave the empty lot for tractor trailer temporary parking. Another concern, no price tags on shelves. 11-27-2024, no operator answering the phone during the day nor in the deli. You can call bakery try to get deli or pick up order to TRY to get someine in the deli but they'll forget they had a customer on the phone. Night shift do answer call & try to get someone knowledgeable to assist customers. Is it possible write down orders in a book so it can be referred back on. If the order is complete the association can mark one line through it but this is needed so managers can referred back to the order to make sure the other was correct when ordering it. Also, they need to add a line on the phone line for customer service so it can be directed to a manager if no ones available to be the operator. My chicken was dry the plain wings. I was told the deli only had middle & large platter. The platters cost so much more now They normal charge by weight, now thry're charging by the pieces. I think I could done better somewhere else for the price I paid for two platters.

Normally have a pretty good experience, but on December 22nd I had cashier named Betty and she really doesn't seem to know what she's doing. I understand she is older but I've also seen her there for quite a long time. She might benefit from a bit of extra training.
After wasting over an hour of our time because they couldn't figure out which department between the auto center and the customer service desk could return the car battery that we'd purchased by mistake, the female manager with orange dreads did not refund the $12 core charge and then charged us another $12 core charge for the battery that we got instead. When we caught the issue right away, she wouldn't listen to us and said "This is how it works." Uh, ma'am, no it's not. So, looks like you got yourself a review, ma'am. What you did was commit fraud. I hope you feel extra special now. ❤️

I usually have no problem with this store. Recently I've been doing a lot of grocery pickup and I had a miserable experience. He threw my groceries all over the place. I got home and my eggs were cracked and milk fell out. Super disappointed. He was pale and 6ft tall and to be in his twenties. This isn't the 1st time stuff like this has happened. My friends also reported having bad experiences with this kid. Shame.
